Young Adult Book Reading Challenges discussion

Hello everybody!!
I wanna present a few books for my English teacher as a gift for her birthday.. I am in complete confusion... I thought you could help me with some good book suggestions.
She is too much intrested in classics and novels that talk about love, friendship, family issues and anything that has a social background. I hope to find anyone one to help please.

Dear Malak,
I don't usually do this, but based on your teacher's interests, I think she might like my novel, Edna In The Desert, about a tech-addicted teen who spends a summer with her grandparents, and without her phone.
It is on reading lists for middle schools and high schools.
