Aaron and Janelle:)
Name: Captain ( Real Name: Aaron Black )Age: 22
Appearance: https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/im...
Personality: Tough, Caring, Protective, Mischievous
History: Aaron had been a cabin boy all his life until the day his father, The captain, was finally killed in the biggest plunder ever made by a pirate. He spent the next few years putting his fathers ship back together, and collecting a trustworthy crew. No one on the ship knows his name, for safety reasons. But Aaron always has shown care for his crew. He never did raids where more than a life or so would be at risk. He was cautious, but made off with quite the pulls of loot. He was incredibly young for a captain, another thing his crew didn't know. He only 22, about to be 23. Now that his birthday approaches, he wants to pull off the heist that his father failed....
Aaron shouted commands out to the crew over the wheel of the ship. "Full speed! Let out the main mast!" He bellowed out to the group of raggedy men. He turned the wheel slightly to the left as the crew scrambled to fill out his orders. "Get the lead out you land lubbers!" He said becoming impatient. He finally got a lead on how to pull off the heist of the century, and he wasn't about to let it escape him and his ship.
Serena helped out the crew not wasting time getting the ship ready as their captain controlled it. They were sailing to a place she never thought she would come back too. Though that was her old life not once will she ever think of going back this was her new life and she loved it. She stood once they got everything ready for the ship she watched the seas waiting for anymore orders from Captain. One problem about her she never speaks like a pirate but no one cares because she is one.
Aaron looked down at the young girl who had just recently joined the crew. "You there!" He shouted looking directly at her. "Come here" He said a bit lower. He handed off the wheel of his ship to his trusted first mate, waiting for the girl to come to him.
Serena heard the Captain she turned and went over to her new captain. "Yes captain?" She asked him ready for anything he wanted her to do she was so ready. Though she was ready for any action needed also it's not that hard at all. She looked up at him her hands held behind her back together just like she did when she wanted too. Thinking of the plan he explained to them before they left. She was a bit nervous about it all.
"I don't believe I ever got your name before accepting you onto my ship." He said leaning against the railing of the ship. "And another thing. Do you realize how unlucky it is to have a woman aboard a ship. Never the less a pirate's ship? But I trust you. If you score well in this raid, you may have any position aboard this ship, accept captain of course." He said not obviously not very good at small talk.
"Serena Loveless." She answered him. "I do realize it is bad luck but I can assure you I don't cause trouble. This next raid you want to do I will help in any way and get what you need." She answered him it was so easy for her to really say. She would accept a position on the ship not caring which one she chooses. She ignores it though not mentioning anything yet about what position she would take. She just knows she has to prove him worthy.
Aaron nodded and smiled at the young girl. "I know how much this means to you. Because I know what it's like to be young, and a pirate. That is why I offered you the position... If you were wondering. Now, We are only a few minutes out. Go to my cabin and fetch my weapons. Take any others you like that you find lying around." He said sternly waving her off. He returned to the wheel, and continued bellowing commands to prepare for a raid, and possibly a huge battle.
Serena listened as he spoke nodding she finally answered. "Yes sir." Serena left to do as he said fetching his weapons making sure they were armed and ready she got them and a spare gun and a belt of knives that have never been used and were abandoned. She went over to back to him with his weapons ready for anything. She maybe be a girl but she has a great thing to do before she became a pirate she became an expert with knife throwing and gun shooting with sword combat and regular combat. It was so easy for her now.
Aaron grabbed his weapons and fitted them on him where they belonged. "Ahh, I see you found my old knife belt..." He said chuckling slightly. He pulled out his flintlock pistol and began making sure everything was loaded and prepared for immediate use. He holstered it, while unsheathing his sword with his other hand. He had a long silver cutlass, curved slightly towards the end of the blade. The hilt was black and gold lacing, with an intricate gold design as a knuckle guard. "Use it well." He said putting his blade away.
"It was sadly abandoned I don't see why it should be left alone." She said to him. "I made sure everything was clean and loaded." She explained to him ready she nodded slipping on the knife belt and checked her gun and own sword making sure she was ready for anything. Since he didn't need anything for her she went to check on the crew easily.
He smiled as he looked down a little as she walked away. "Girls on the ship can't be all bad." He said low and under his breath. He shook his head slightly as he realized the shore of the targeted area was approaching quickly. The richest town currently in England. "There she is boys! Port Royal!" Aaron shouted out. "Now you goons, What shall it be? Hard and fast? Or go under the cover of night?"
Serena smirked seeing the town her emotions changed. She closed her eyes for a minute and opened them seeing the first mate looking at her. She ignored him he couldn't suspect anything it's impossible to know who she really was. She looked away hearing the captain hearing them all shout out answers hard and fast wasn't suggested that much. But it was mostly go under cover was the best to them. Since the security of his town was amazing.
"Tonight it is!" He said stepping away from the wheel. "Find a place to tie the beauty up for the night." He said to his first mate. "Serena, In my cabin." He said walking past her and into his personal quarters. He sat down on his bed, waiting for Serena to walk in.
Serena heard him and followed him into his personal cabin. "Do you need anything sir?" She asked him surprised he asked her to his cabin alone. She didn't question anything though she didn't mind at all. She just wanted to get this raid over with and done for.
"Are you nervous?" He asked her softly. Knowing that this was her first opportunity of being a pirate. The only thing worse than that, was the fact this was probably her first raid. "You realize that your life, and everyone you meet during this raid, are at jeopardy, right?" He asked testing her nerves.
"No I'm not nervous." She admitted to him. She looked at him. "Yes I realize that." She announced to him. She was nervous about being recognized by her family she doesn't want them to see her because things will get so messy she won't stand it at all. She would be afraid to be caught in her own mess it was her decision to leave and never come back now she's here.
Aaron nodded slightly. "Do you remember the plan?" He asked making sure all his bases were covered. He was worried for the girl. Feeling as if it was his duty to protect her. His father never protected him during these kind of things... So he only felt it right.
"Yes I do." She said to him it was risky but it was a good one better then she's ever though. She was ready for the raid no one thought she was ready though she could be and was. She could tell by how Aaron spoke to her he was curious to protect her. Which did surprise her better then anything else she was secretly happy for that.
"Then get some sleep. Feel free to use the first mate bunk on the other side of the cabin. It's much more comfortable then the crew bunks. And he is on first watch. So he won't need it for a while." Aaron said kicking his feet up onto his decent sized bed.
She nodded. "Alright." She went to the first mate bunk not caring where she slept instead she slept on her regular bunk laying down thinking about her home. She took off the large black hidden locket she had opening it. Looking at the family portrait inside of it. Holding back her tears she was so scared of what could happen tonight if she was discovered. Hearing someone come in she hid the necklace holding it deeply in her hand though closing her eyes to rest.
Aaron removed his shirt, revealing his toned body. Then removed his boots and curled up on the soft bed. He knew he wasn't gonna sleep. But he sure as hell should try. He began relaying the plans in his head. It was a masterful plan. But would it work?
Serena slept for a bit but woke up just thinking of the plan. She was so nervous and scared that they could get to sleep. She was shaking at the fear of being caught by her family. She put her necklace back on hiding the locket the chain showing. She thought of the plan it was going to work it had to work. She knew Aaron worked so hard on it.
Aaron sat up and looked across the room at the other bunk. He was always restless before raids, but he wished that just one time... on a raid so important, he might just catch a few hours. But no, it was never that easy. 'No rest for the wicked.. right?' He thought to himself. He put his head in his hands and sighed deeply. After this, he could retire due to the riches. It has to work...
Serbs sat looking up at the bunk above her really annoyed that time was so slow. Sleeping before a raid causes laziness and not fully awake. She knew that it was so easy to know. She wouldn't be one of those that is sleepy on a raid.
Aaron put his boots back on and left his cabin, irritated beyond all belief. He shouted out to the remaining crew that wasn't asleep yet "Everyone get below deck and catch what little shut eye ya will." He said with a pirate brood.
Serena heard Aaron and ignored it trying to sleep but couldn't at all. It was driving her insane right now. She was so scared of getting hurt. She closed her eyes thinking of her family. Flinching at what could happen she fixed her hair braiding it into a good braid to keep her hair out of the way during the flight it would be easier her bangs covering her eyes to make sure no one could recognize her. No one would recognize her unless they found her birthmark on her left shoulder.
Aaron returned to his cabin and sat down on his bed. "Only a few more hours.." He told himself softly. He wondered where and what he would do after this. Maybe he should retire. But with who? He never had anyone to love. Never had a girlfriend. He was always surrounded by men on a ship... What should he do?
Serena thought of what would happen if she would be a pirate still or lay low. She would stay a pirate as much as she can until she had enough money to have a family of her own. She doesn't want to cause any problems with the crew. She grabbed her necklace breaking the case hiding it under her bunk hoping no one would find the picture until she could burn it. She doesn't want to loose her pirate reputation or hurt Aaron at all because of her family.
Aaron decided to lay back, keeping his feet on the ground. "Damn it!" He said forcefully but quiet. He really wanted sleep. But now anticipation was just going to slowly eat him alive. "Time has to move faster than this..." He mumbled.
Serena finally laid down again closing her eyes she fell asleep again nervously trying to relax in her bunk waiting for time to past. She woke up again she couldn't help it. She walked around the the ship quietly unable to sleep it was driving her insane. She would have to walk around and deal with all of it. She thought she heard Aaron awake she ignored it he probably was sleeping.
Aaron finally passed out, but to no avail. what seemed like seconds later, multiple men in the crew were scrambling. It was morning. "No..... Fking... Way..." He said sitting up, groggy and annoyed.
Serena leaned against the bunk pole sighting the crew were freaking out. They missed their target point on the raid. She did fall asleep and woke up in a hurry too sighing everything was driving her crazy. Because this would cause a problem they would need to do the raid now or tonight. It will be difficult because of the town's events.
Aaron threw on his shirt and Captain jacket. He made sure all his weapons were fitted, and he ran out of the cabin at full speed. "What is the meaning of this?!" He shouted at the top of his lungs. "Are we trying to get killed before we even try this?!" He screamed out. "You are all idiots!" He said throwing up his arms in complete disapproval.
Serena sighed hearing Aaron as boiling mad as ever. She told some of the crew next to her to shut up and listen to him. They still had a chance and if the crew won't shut up then they would get killed. At this time in the morning no ships are going around by the guards of the town they could hide the ship and still get through no problem. She remembers all the time watching she's witnessed it before.
"God Damn it all!" He yelled punching the main mast pillar. "Anyone have any genius ideas? Now that mine is shot?" he asked looking around at his incompetent crew.
"No guard ships are going to come around here just yet we can move the ship and hide." She said to the captain calmly. This dock was like all the others except they wait before try to find a way to find any pirates. She ignored the crew that gave her a look as if she knew something for a long time or was hiding something.
"Fine.. I don't see how else we can do this without getting noticed right away." He said. "Set sail.... NOW!" He yelled to his crew. "Get us there, Yesterday! Move your asses!" He said pushing people towards their stations as he walked towards the bow of the ship.
Serena was about to help before one pirate stopped her. "How did you know that?" He asked her. She ignored the question and went to help speed up the process. She hated when someone suspected her. They thought it was bad luck for a lady to be on the ship she didn't do anything wrong.
"Are you deaf fool? Go!" He said pushing the sailor the questioned Serena. He got to the very tip of the bow and held onto one of the mast ropes. The Iconic pirate pose.
Serena helped some of the crew getting their things done immediately checking up with the other sailors and helping them too. She didn't want Aaron to be angry anymore she was just glad he wasn't questioning the sailor it was a relief for her.
Aaron felt his heart rise into his throat as the ship was only seconds from the port. "This is it mates!" He shouted over his shoulder at the crew. He raised his sword into the sky and yelled at the top of his lungs. "THIS! IS! IT!" He said jumping off the bow and onto the port's dock below.
Serena stood with the sailors jumping onto the port's Dock easily. She landed on her feet glad she didn't fall down or anything looking up at everyone. She hoped everything would be okay after this right now.
"Loot what you can, Kill what you can't!" He shouted over his shoulder, jogging down a long, empty ally. He was trying to find a house that looked like a worthy score. "Which one..." He said to himself.((I'm gonna raid your house. Care to follow? ;) ))
((Sure;)))Serena was going to go with another sailor but saw her house. She went over to the Captain. "That house right over there has the most riches." She said to him just hoping they they enter the family portrait won't be right in front of the hall when they enter. She was in the picture and it drove her crazy.
"How....?" He shook it off and just listened to what she had said. He ran to the front door and kicked it in. He looked around for signs of life, but nothing stirred. "Anyone be home?" He shouted out into the darkness of the large home.
Serena followed him in glad he didn't even see the portrait looking around for anyone going up and examining everyone. She doesn't want to get caught. She heard noises into her father's study she went around looking around for anything to grab she wasn't sure shaking in fear right now. She was so scared right now of getting hurt.
Aaron started grabbing anything and everything that looked like it could score even a single copper. "Nice spot Serena!" He yelled from a different room. He found a small wheat sack in the kitchen, he began using it for all the loot he was collecting.
Serena kept on getting bags of loot going downstairs she saw her older brother a gun poised and ready to fire on Aaron. But when he saw her he dropped his own gun shaking. "Adrianna?" He said out loud lighting the lights for him to see her more clearly he didn't notice that she was dressed as a pirate and was stealing her own gold and silver not even caring if Aaron was there.
