This book was so meh for me. I kinda feel like I read a different book to everyone else because it gets rave reviews from many people. 'Utterly exquisite', and 'compelling' have been used to describe it, and I just didn't get that from it. My heart strings were not tugged. I actually found it boring in the second half. I read it a few weeks ago and I can't really remember much about it already (I really MUST write reviews sooner!).

Susie, I gave it 3 stars as well.Here's a link to my review in case it is helpful to anyone deciding whether or not to read it. I know lots of people loved it. I liked it, but thought the characters were rather thinly drawn:
