Trident worked really hard to track and thwart Harry’s efforts to find Vance’s heir. Was this surprising given that they were supposed to be working for him? Do you think Vance knew he couldn’t trust them? Did you ever question Sloan’s loyalty?

Vance knew Trident would be a problem. That's why he didn't want anyone to know what he asked Harry to do. I didn't trust Sloan, especially when he called Harry from the secret phone. I thought he may have killed Whitney Vance.

It was so unprofessional for Creighton to work against his client. Should have suspected he was sleazy based on his time as deputy chief. I’m just surprised that Vance didn’t replace him.

I was convinced Sloan was on the other side.
