Nikki ~ The Nocturnal Bookworm (nyxreadsstuff) Time to put in your nominations for April's books of the month! The genre's for April are Suspense and Thriller . Any books falling under the umbrella of one of those are fair game.

A few reminders about nominations:

- You may nominate one book AND second one book

- The 10 books with the most seconds will go to the poll if we get more than 10 nominations.

- Graphic novels are allowed and there are no minimum page counts.

- Books must be first in a series or a stand alone unless the group has already read the book in the series that came before the one being nominated.

Nominations:

Different Seasons by Stephen King
The Mask of Sanity by Jacob M. Appel
And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie
Before I Go to Sleep by S.J. Watson
The Black Painting by Neil Olson
Here Lies Daniel Tate by Cristin Terrill
After the Crash by Michel Bussi

I’ll put down different seasons as your nomination since five little pigs is 25th in a series. I would also consider different seasons to be more of a thriller/suspense out of the two as well :)

Would And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie fall under this category? If so, please put it down as my nomination.

I would count it based on the synopsis plus it’s got thriller under its genres on the book page :)

Diane (dijeye) I've always been interested in this book, so I'll nominate The Shadow of the Wind.

After reading through the description and a few reviews (at least 3-4 of which specifically say they thought it would be a thriller and turned out not to be) it seems like this one is more of a historical mystery than a suspense/thriller. It does seem interesting though so I would definitely either save it for November or if you wanted to do a buddy read sooner than that I would personally be interested :)

Is there another book you would want to nominate?
