Hiya, Team Caps! Thanks for volunteering to guide your team through a round of BookShelf Bingo! Your job, should you choose to accept it, will require a few things:
1 ~ Be our go-to person should we have any questions about your team
2 ~ Organize your teammate's weekly reads for each shelf/category so that the BSB Ninjas can quickly and easily verify and approve your stamp request(s)
2a ~ Create a master list in a post (preferably on the first page of your team's thread) and update it weekly or as often as necessary
2b ~ Post your team's stats on the Captain's Log prior to requesting a stamp
3 ~ Encourage and motivate your team (you may also ask to borrow Judithe's whip whenever necessary)
4 ~ Post regularly to ensure your team is communicating and on track each week
4a ~ Send them a PM and friendly poke if they haven't posted at least once a week, noted their book choice, and/or appear to have dropped out of webspace
5 ~ Send us a PM (Steph, Sandra or Judithe) should you need us for any reason throughout the game

Hi, all! This is my favorite team challenge, and I can't wait to get started!I'm 35 and live in Illinois. I work from home as a transcriptionist and have 3 boys, ages 3 1/2, 2, and soon to be 1. So they keep me busy, lol.
I'll try to come up with some team name ideas. I would prefer not to be Captain, but could do it if no one else wanted the job.
Hi everyone! I'm in North Carolina and keeping my fingers crossed we are done with snow and ice for the year. ☺I am truly horrible at names, but will see if I can think of anything possibly useful. I'm Captaining another Bingo challenge currently, so would prefer not to in this one, but can if needed.
Excited to get started!
I think for Free Space, I'm going with
, which is on the group's Best of YA Fantasy List. I've always meant to read it, just never had a chance.
I'm absolutely awful at coming up with team names. Here's a few ideas though. I'm not in love with any of them, by any means, so if anyone has some better ideas, please toss them into consideration!Page Turners

more suggestions, team-mates???
Just to let you guys know, I may not be able to post my book choice for today's shelf call until tomorrow. It's my sister's birthday, and then, my husband and I are having a mid-week date night after we get back from my sister's bday dinner. I'll go ahead and start my free space book tonight though so I won't get behind at all! :)
Hey...We all have a whole week to choose, read, and review our books before we're a even little late.
The only critical requirement is to check in (i.e. post) at least once weekly...
...of course, this changes the closer to bingo we get
Any variation of Bingo Bookhounds sounds good to me. :) Delitealex thanks for taking Captaining duties!

Art, I'm playing Fairytale bingo over at A Million More Pages (AMMP). I am a challenge fool so I'm in about 10 groups with challenges going on at the same time. The theory is the same with different categories, so I'm going to see how lucky I am and if I can get any of them to overlap with this group. :)
I used to love being in as many challenges as I could find! Then, my kids came along, and I completely lost all my reading time, lol. I'm finally finding time for myself again almost four years into this whole parenting thing, so maybe I should start looking into doing more challenges, again. :)
Ooh, I was worried about this one until I saw JD Robb on the list. :) I'm going to read Devoted in Death. I'm going to do this on audiobook, which sometimes takes me a little longer, but should be done close to next Wednesday.
Steph Ann wrote: "@Stacey, I love the audio for the In Death books!"Aren't they great? I gave up actually reading them about 15 books ago because I just enjoyed the audio so much more. :)

Review:
Genetically altered jerkey hero, seemingly strong heroine, insta-lust/love ... all contribute to lost points ... with a few (that's "barely a few") recovered by the cleverly upgraded dangerous yet comedic sidekick. The book was published nearly 14 years ago, I don't know if that really gives an excuse for drawbacks. ... but the time travel logic sorta works... and the story was a little better than OK.
looking thru book descriptions, I realize I've read
