I can be an assistant, if you are willing. I can't take on the whole deal, but I'm definitely willing to help out. Will you let me know what that will take?
I'm curious about how much time the role of GR coordinator takes. I'd love to get more involved but I don't know if that is good for me right now. Thanks.
Libby and Rachel - thank you for your interest!
Time commitment would be about 2-5 hours a week for the GR coordinator. If you'd like more details, please shoot us an email at therebelliouswriting@gmail.com.
Our team members (those who are willing) are stepping in as assistant mods.

So coordinator wouldn't work for me. But i can be an assistant mod. That does that take? Just monitoring the conversations?
I would love to join the RW team sometime but, unfortunately, I can't fit in more responsibilities right now. Hope y'all find the right person for the position!
Hello Everyone,
So sorry that I've been remiss in keeping up with this group. I'm just popping in for a few minutes to announce that we have a new Goodreads Coordinator: Julian Daventry!
Our assistant mods are Catherine (me), Gray, Lila and Faith.
Thank you so much! Congrats to you, Julian!

Hello everyone! Today is actually the first time I’ve used the Goodreads App, so pardon me if I make some errors...once News Years craziness is over, I hope that you might see a little more of me around here! I’m excited about becoming a part of the RW team and can’t wait to see what this new year holds!
Don't worry - I've struggled using the app myself, Julian. Welcome to the team (again, LOL) and I can't wait to see what this new year holds either!
Hello everyone! Just a quick announcement: Sarah Rodecker and I are hosting a "Realmiereadathon" over on Instagram. We are basically going to try to read and review as many of the books we purchased at Realm Makers as we can during August.
If you attended Realm Makers and bought some books, by all means, come and join us!
If you were unable to attend (and therefore, unable to purchase the books there), if you grabbed up a few titles that were available at the RM Bookstore (such as the books that were nominated for the awards) I think you could get away with joining. :)
If enough folks are interested (and not on Instagram), I think we could manage to do a little thing on GoodReads as well.

Hey all! Long time, no talk. A friend of mine wanted me to tell y'all about this writer's conference she's helping out in:
"Most of you know you were born to be a writer; you live and breathe story making. The Write2Ignite conference for Christian adults and teens wants to help you hone your writing, editing, publishing, and marketing skills. Our common goal is to reflect the truth of God’s Word in our writing.
We’re convening from September 20-21 at picturesque North Greenville University outside of Greenville, South Carolina and would love for you to join us! The early bird special ends August 31 so hurry and register! Students receive a discounted price of $99.00 and if you bring a friend, you each deduct another $15.00.
Come and hear excellent workshops on craft, meet editors and agents, receive a critique, and make new writer friends. Questions? Please contact Carol Baldwin @ cbaldwin6@me.com.”
If you can go, I'd encourage you to! I hope to make the trip one of these years myself. :)

Thanks for sharing, Gray Marie. Folks who live in SC, NC, Tenn, or Va--it wouldn't be a bad drive and you would love it--and would love having you! Carol Baldwin

In addition to the broadcast I sent out, I need to make a quick note: we're also adding in several of our team members as assistant mods. We are still in need for a GR coordinator!
