Wakefield Press is preparing a series of brand new translation of Jean Ray's short fiction, starting with an expanded edition of his very first collection: http://wakefieldpress.com/ray_whiskey... Previous three short story collections of his to appear in English translation are all long out of print and are extremely hard to obtain nowadays. I've recently read one of them, My Own Private Spectres, and I've found it highly enjoyable, with only a couple of misses. His better stuff ranges from highly entertaining pulp horror to high-end "literary" weird fiction. He'd be very much at home among some of his NA contemporaries, on the pages of Weird Tales and the like. In fact, a number of translations of his stories appeared in WT way back under the pseudonym John Flanders, for example: https://archive.org/details/Weird_Tal... "The Graveyard Duchess" (this one also appears in Ghouls in My Grave as "The Cemetery Watchman") https://archive.org/details/Weird_Tal... "The Mystery Of The Last Guest" (also appeared in the aforementioned collection, as "The Last Traveller")

Also, I was recently made aware of this blog that contains a number of his previously untranslated stories:
