I enjoy both reading and writing m/m sci-fi, among other m/m genres. I have written two books that I have labeled "sci-fantasy." One is a shifter/aliens book, and the other has a trans character and a prince. :) The rest of my books so far are either paranormal or contemporary. Having said that, I've also read several m/m sci-fi books and would like to read more.
