YA Book Addicts discussion

I saw another group doing this and LOVE it!
So you list 5 detailed facts that are important about you of what you hate or love and stuff like that and then me or one of the other Mods (Riya and Loren) will challenge you to do something(;

1. I LOVE Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus, and Divergent.
2. I have never been outside th USA.
3. I have never read The Selection.
4. I love reading challenges.
5. I am excited to be a part of this group.

Also I challenge you to google a country that you'd want to go to and tell me 3 reasons why you chose that country!

1. I haven't read Divergent yet
2. My favorite genre to write is contemporary YA/NA
3. I have a thing for blue lip gloss (view spoiler)[although I don't own any... yet (hide spoiler)]
4. I love flower crowns, or any kind of headpiece with flowers on it.
5. I plan to study graphic design someday and sometimes I like to mess around on photo editing programs.

Okay Amee- I challenge you to make your own flower crown/head piece using colors that symbolize on of your favorite books!

Also read Divergent then watch the movie and send me your thoughts comparing the book and movie!!

@Jordyn gah, making a flower crown is going to be hard, since I've never tried making one. But I'll give it a shot when I get to! and I'll be sure to read the book and watch the movie; I think I actually have the book in electronic form!

1.My favorite genre is YA but I lie branching out to different a genres such as classics.
2. I have an OBSESSION with Sherlock and Doctor Who but I want to branch out to different shows. (Whatever is on Netflix)
3. I'm currently reading Harry Potter for this first time even though I've seen all of the movies a million times and have been to Harry Potter world 2 soon to be 3 times. (Shame I know)
4. I get bullied for reading at school but I really don't care.

2. The Diary of Anne Frank (the one she wrote but in English) was the most challenging book I've read (when I got to page 111 I reread from the beginning-I was 12...and still am...:)
3. I play soccer for Kent United Select.
4. I am really hard on myself and "beat" myself up for the littlest things and for getting something wrong and even for things I can't control, but I still feel like it's my fault:/
5. I didn't really like "The Fault in Our Stars"

I love that challenge xD I recommend reading Looking for Alaska. I love it just as much as TFIOS if not more!

1. I love dancing and used to take hip-hop classes when I was younger. I kind of want to take those classes again. Now, I'm taking other classes.
2. I hate horror movies/crime movies.
3. I've always wanted to finish writing my book. I just haven't had time.

1. I would love to collect at least 20 "real" (paper printed) books before my birthday (i only have 6 books so far and my birthday is in oct 13)
2. I haven't read Divergent or If I Stay series
3. I prefer watching reality shows that series (eg. walking dead, pll etc,)
4. I tend to take a peek on the last page of a book to spoil myself then regret it. (haha)
5. I can (if i could) finish any book in a day. :D
