Nemo, that's a great way to break it up! That way it is easier to keep up.

Question: I am having trouble with the footnotes. The links don't seem to work, and I've been keeping two copies open to go back and forth. Is this because of the PDF format or is there some other way to jump automatically back and forth?

I bought an e-book version of it, and the footnotes don't work there either. So I think no-one ever bothered to make that technically possible. A pity indeed.

I use two bookmarks in the ebook to help me switch between the text and the endnotes.
