No, the cover does not match my edition. However, this one has "flamingo" on it, so very probably it is a cover of a later edition (of unknown year) with this ISBN. My edition has also stated
Previously published in paperback by Paladin 1989
Reprinted five times
Since it states that but does not state any earlier Flamingo edition, I suppose it is the first one.
My edition's cover design is similar to these other Lessing's "Flamingo" editions:

In the meantime, I have moved the ISBN to the most recent edition (there was another ACE already with the 2007 cover on it) as well as linking both editions to yet a third cover published with the same edition: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

Here is the cover:

And here is the page with publication data:

Sorry for the delay.
My copy of the edition with this ISBN specifies:
Published by Flamingo 1993
9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
which, as far as I understand, indicates that it is the first reprint of this edition. The Amazon entry https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fifth-Child-... seems to indicate that the book was reprinted with the same ISBN in 2001. However, Amazon does not have entry for the 1993 edition, and the ISBN-10 there does not match ISBN-13, so it is not clear how much of their data is accurate.
By the way, my copy has a completely different cover ("Cover illustration by Ruth Rivers") which I cannot find anywhere on the internet. The cover visible here and on the Amazon page clearly cannot be even from the 2001 edition because it mentions the 2007 Nobel prize. Clicking on the cover on the Amazon page reveals message "This view is of the Kindle edition (2012) from Fourth Estate". Could it be that the cover for the Goodreads entry of this ISBN just got copied from Amazon where it was copied from the "Four Estate" edition? Anyway, I can scan my cover if that is useful; however, I understand that the Goodread's current policy is to use the covers and data of the latest edition with this ISBN, so there is no sense to scan the cover of the 1993 edition, there being a 2001 ed.(?)
Best regards,
Juris
