What were your initial impressions of Rogers Carr from the Major Crimes Unit? Were you ever suspicious of him? Did you ever start to trust him? If so, why?

I didn't like him at first, but he started to grow on me. I figured he would be someone who would help Ballard figure everything out. I never suspected him.

My feelings exactly, Robin. By the time we reached the end of the book, I was trusting him implicitly. He was never on my radar as the killer.
