Right across from Goods... oh, won't lunch and dinner be fun.

Max Theo was not enjoying his day so far. Like really not enjoying it. Which was weird because he had been so excited to come to this school. In fact, his entire life since he had found out about the School of Good and Evil had been dedicated to coming to the school. He was going to be the most well-known Villain in the entire world, he was sure of it. He was going to rule the world someday, and this school was his best path to greatness. But when he had first come to school he had never even entertained the idea that he might actually miss his mother. He could not, would not, miss anything from his town. Sure, he had had a pretty good childhood there, but he had just been bidding his time until he went onto greater things. But somehow, he couldn’t seem to get rid of the melancholy feeling that followed him ever time he thought about his mother. Even a slightly sadistic kid like him loved his mother. She had done everything for him even though he had just gone and ruined her life with his bad behavior. As a result of his home-sickness, Theo was in a very bad mood.

Stomping into the Dining Pavilion he slumped down onto one of the benches and hid his face in his arms. Not only was he missing home, but he was also very tired. Who knew that being evil was so hard? He hadn’t done any of the homework or anything since he couldn’t be bothered to do anything like that but even just coming to class was draining. He had never had to do anything when he had lived with his mom. Most other kids had chores and stuff to do, but everyone had been to afraid of Theo to ask him to do anything. So he wasn’t used to the workload they provided here. He probably nodded off for a little while as his body tried desperately to catch up on sleep. It wasn't only school that was making him so tired. Without any parent or guardian to make him go to bed at a reasonable time, Theo had been enjoying his freedom by sneaking out with other Evil students and having some fun on the grounds. That could be pranking some Good student or just making general havoc, Theo had never had more fun in life. Unluckily, that also meant he had only gotten to bed at
around 3am, if he went to bed at all.

Finally waking up enough to get up, Theo clomped over to the lazily down the isle of the lunch room and sleepily got himself some dinner. He was so exhausted that he hardly noticed what he was shoving into his mouth.

Yuki was having a pretty good day, that is, until one of her teachers had called on her to answer a question. After that it seemed as if the day only got worse and worse. People tried to talk to her, a few of the evil students had taken her book, and she totally embarrassed herself in her last class. She was looking forward to coming to this school, especially after her family died. However, ever since she came it was either she was completely invisible when she needed something, she was making a fool of herself, or she was attracting attention with her hair. Not the good kind of attention either, which when your Yuki, every kind or form of attention was bad. She was tired. She stayed up all last night doing her homework and reading her favorite book. At home, no one had even realized she was there, and if they did, they didn't pay attention. Even when her brother was there, no one seemed to bother her as she went into her own world, she couldn't embarrass herself. She never stayed up late when she was at home. She had a curfew and she stuck to it. Yuki wanted something new, but it was all coming so fast. It was exhausting.

Yuki sat as far away from everyone as she could. She sat alone as she read her book peacefully. She was completely lost in her book, that at first she didn't notice Theo. However, when she finished reading her page, she noticed Theo drifting off to sleep as she was about to stand up to get her something to eat. Oh no, no, no, no, no! NO! Please don't let him notice me, please. Ah! I just wish I can turn myself invisible she thought to herself. She grabbed an apple and tried to walk past Theo without him noticing her. Her brother had told her to avoid Theo when they were back at the town, that he was bad news. She was nervous, scared, and curious all rolled up in one. While she was nervous that he would notice her, she was also scared of breaking her brother's rule, for Theo might actually be a really scary guy. All at the same time, she wanted to know why her brother had picked this specific guy to avoid. Could someone really be so scary that brother himself would tell me to steer clear of? one of the many thoughts racing through her mind spoke. Although, her nervousness spoke louder than the others. Dont be seen! Oh please god dont let me be seen! one of the louder thoughts spoke.

Max Theo had seen Yuki around the school for Good a few times. He had vaguely recognized her, but he had never been able to really place her. He had figured she probably just looked so much like every Good student that he was mixing her up with someone else. But as he lifted his head to take another bite of food he noticed her and the niggling feeling of knowing her came back to him. Not only the annoying feeling of recognition, but also a deep immediate hatred for her. It wasn't like anything he had ever felt about anyone. Sure, Theo hated most people. It wasn't anything personal about them, that was just his natural state of being when it came to other people. Even if he didn't hate them in particular, he would usually enjoy watching someone suffer just for the hell of it. But this was different. This was the constant feeling of wanting to stomp right up to her and strangle that little neck of hers. Of course, he was pretty sure that was against some rule, so he didn't do that, but instead focused his attention on his food again.

That only worked for a while, since he kept looking over and seeing her staring at him from where she was getting food. Obviously she knew who he was. That was when he finally placed her. That innocent look, and the hair and eyes. He couldn't believe he hadn't been able to place her before. With her distinct looks it should have been easy for him. She was the girl from his town. The one no one really talked to, and she never talked to anyone else. Theo had never interacted with her much since she seemed to avoid him at all costs. But he had seen her enough to recognize her.

She reminded him of home. Of his mom, and even more annoying, the fact that he was actually homesick. That pushed him over the edge and he pushed his chair back so suddenly it fell over as he stormed over to the girl... Yuki? was it? He could't quite remember. Of course, she had done nothing to deserve this, but Theo was not a happy kid at the moment and he had always been quick to anger. Hands in his pockets, he strode angrily up to her and glared at her.
"What the hell are you looking at?" He growled, eyes flashing darkly with anger. His fists were clenched so tightly that his nails were digging little crescent shaped cuts in his palm.

Ahhhh! Today is not my day! she thought to herself. "Um.. N-nothing..." she stuttered quietly. This was the 5th time someone had spoken to her, but this time she was frightened enough to actually speak back. He looked angry. All she could do was hope that he didn't notice her from town. It was already bad enough she had talked to him, despite her brother's warnings. She should of just stood up and walked away, but she couldn't. She was petrified. First, someone was talking to her. Second, he's one of the evil students. Third of all, he's the guy she wanted to avoid the most, and he seemed angry at her, but she didn't know why.

Please... Don't hurt me.. the loudest thought spoke. Millions of thoughts were rushing through her head, like, Why is he angry? but the loudest ones were fear. She honestly thought he would kill her, literally. She looked down to avoid eye contact, something she had done with everyone who had spoken to her. She was mixed with feelings, but the only one she could diminish from the rest was fear. She knew this feeling enough to tell it from the rest. Soon enough the only thought that spoke was I'm scared. And suddenly her curiousity disappeared. All that was left was two of the most common feelings in her life. She wanted to hide, heck, turning into a baby kitten looked better than just sitting there, waiting for him to hit her or maybe yell at her while she did nothing to stop him. "I-im sorry... P-please don't h-hurt me.." she managed to say. Her voice was frail, as though it might break.

Max She looked so scared. It was funny how scared she looked. In fact, if Theo hadn't been so annoyed he would have been laughing. Honestly, some people were just so easily terrified. He found it hilarious. She would be so easy to hurt. So fragile. He could practically imagine how easy it would be to strangle her. Again this wasn't particularly something that had to do with Yuki. Thoughts like this were common in Theo's head, and he did have a tendency towards violent thoughts like this. Although with Yuki he not only thought about this stuff, but he actually wanted to do it. But of course, he couldn't do that, not yet anyways. He was going to have to wait but for now he could just make do with terrifying her.

"Why were you staring Princess?" He asked, his raged expression turning into a lazy smirk and he leaned over and put a hand against the wall by Yuki's head. To anyone else it could look like a perfectly casual gesture, but in reality he was caging her into the spot she was in. He wanted her to feel like she was trapped. Like she was in a situation where he was in control. Theo liked to have the power in the room. That was why he was so interested in becoming the greatest villain of all times. He wanted to be the most powerful fairy tale character that anyone would ever know of. He was going to be famous, and feared. Yuki, who he was beginning to think might just be his nemesis, was a good place to start with the fear and power thing.

He had to admit, if Yuki was his nemesis, he was a bit disappointed. It was going to be so easy to defeat her. She looked about as strong as a porcelain doll. And as brave as the cowardly lion. It was going to be too easy. Grinned wickedly he regarded Yuki with the look of a cat playing with a mouse. She was his prey.
"I mean, if you want to stare, look on I know that most girls can't keep their eyes off of me. But don't just stand there like some idiot." He smirked at her and shrugged a little bit. Theo was cocky and he knew it. But that was his personality and he liked who he was, so he was okay with it.

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

"I-i wasn't s-staring..." she lied. She couldn't walk away now, seeing as he practically trapped her. Despite the whole trapping her in the spot thing, she still didn't look to face him. And she seemed more terrified by the minute. She didn't like the feeling of being trapped. She didn't like to be in one place for long, it was the reason she wanted to leave that stupid town in the first place. Despite her already knowing she was trapped, she tried to get away. She was tempted to just bite him and run away, though she knew she couldn't do much damage, so she didn't dare to try.

If he truly was supposed to be his counterpart, like how sleeping beauty had the evil queen, she knew it was going to be a rough couple years. However, when he made his little cocky comment, he reminded her of her brother. A part of his personality she never seemed to tolerate. "If most girls really can't take their eyes off of you, i truly pity them. And i wasn't standing there like an idiot. Humans are most likely going to notice movement then anything else." she hissed. A few moments after she had made this comment, she turned bright red and looked back at the ground. I can't believe i just said that.... she thought. Her sudden outburst clearly had embarrassed her. She usually only said things like that with her brother, and usually they were just playing around. Something about his grin didn't set well with her, and she thought it may have been the reason that response was triggered.

message 9: by Max (new)

Max Theo snickered at her sudden outburst of emotion. Really, what people didn't realize about Theo is that their comebacks didn't work because he couldn't care less about what they thought of him. Theo was a cocky, egotistical jerk, but what could always be said about him is that he did really know who he was and he liked who he was. Theo was perfectly comfortable with his place in the world. The usual teenage insecurities were not a problem with him. He loved himself and knew he was handsome and smart and wasn't afraid to say it. That was what also made him such an annoying person, but oh well!

"Mhm, well you seem to have only eyes for me." He teased back with another smirk. For such a little fragile thing, she did seem to have a bit of a temper. But he found it much more adorable than threatening. Like if a really cute kitten suddenly came up to you and tried to bite your finger. Or like a butterfly or something. She also ruined any possibility of being scary by blushing and looking down right away. She almost looked sorry for talking back at him.

Grinning crazily, Theo moved his arms so that she could totally move if she wanted to but before he gave her the chance he quickly said,
"Don't move or you'll regret it. I promise you." He hissed in a low voice. He wanted to see just how brave she was. Because it would be very interesting to have someone like her around for the next few years. Even if she hated him, it would be much more amusing to order her around than kill her or something. He wanted to see if she would try and get away. It would be nice to have someone to do his homework for him and stuff like that. She seemed like the exact right person who would do that. And with a personality like hers, no one would suspect a thing. It would probably take some threatening and finding out her weaknesses but he was pretty confident that it wouldn't take long to get some serious power over her. Honestly, he could just threaten to punch her. She was so small that it looked like a gust of wind could blow her over.

She looked up at him. He was teasing her, and she knew it, but that didn't stop her from being completely embarrassed. "As if! Why would I? You're not even my type!" she said, still a bit surprised that she could actually speak back to someone, something she hasn't done forever. Suddenly, a thought of realization hit her. Omg. Theo is a guy. A boy. I'm talking to a boy! Oh lord please help me. Why did it have to be a boy? Why not a girl? The girls would just walk away and gossip or something. How did i managed to get myself in this mess? she thought, her head killing her. Despite everything, she wanted to just curl up in her bed and go to sleep. She didn't want to be here, and for a second, she wished to go home. Then she realized there was really no one or anything waiting for her there, she'd much rather be in this situation then ever go back home.

When Theo moved his arms, she was ready to run. His voice sent a shiver down her spine, but that wasn't enough to keep her from trying to get away. She wanted to go to her room. She wanted to go back to class. She wanted to go anywhere that wasn't either home or where she was now. So, she took her chances and tried to get away, terrified if she moved too quickly, she might end up drawing attention to herself. That's when she dropped her book. It opened up to her page, the one bookmarked with a picture with her and her brother.

message 11: by Max (new)

Max Honestly, Theo was enjoying himself. The total hatred he felt for this girl was fueling his amusement. The more anger and pain and hatred around Theo, the more amusing he found the situation. Again, he had a weird personality. That was probably why he was such a good fit for the Evil school. She looked like she had a billion thoughts going through her mind at the moment and he wanted to know exactly what she was thinking so he could scare her. But of course, that wasn't possible so he just had to continue to scare her with blunt force.

The second she made a move to get away from him, Theo grabbed her arm hard enough that his nails dug into his skin. It would have hurt more, but his nails were always short. He didn't care much for his appearance and it helped that he was naturally good looking, but his nails were always the cleanest part of him. He didn't know why he always needed his nails to be clean but it drove him crazy if they were dirty or too long. So he didn't cut her skin enough that it bled or anything, but he put enough pressure that it would hurt.
"Hey, I never said you could go." He said in a pleasant tone, but his gaze was ice cold.

Theo's attention was drawn away from her when she dropped her book. Regarding her with another cold glare to make sure she didn't run before letting go of her and picking up her book. It wasn't the book that interested him, it was the picture. He knew that other boy from the picture, he had also lived in the same town as them, probably her brother then. That meant that picture was probably important to her. Grinning craftily he picked up the picture and inspected it carefully.
"How sweet." He commented with a sneer. People were so sentimental and loving, it made him sick. She must really love her brother. Being an only child, Theo didn't understand the bond that siblings had, much less the one between Yuki and her brother.
"He must be very important to you... Does he go here?" Theo asked innocently, but he still had a smirk on his face. He wanted to know if her brother was in close enough range to be a good piece of blackmail. Flipping the picture between his fingers absentmindedly he regarded it again for a moment before slipping into his back pocket.
"I'll be keeping that thank you very much." He grinned at her again with a cat-like expression.

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

"That hurt you know!" she growled when he let her down. She was looking at her arm to make sure nothing was seriously injured, lucky for her it wasn't. "Ow ow ow..." she whined quietly. It was going to leave a mark for a while. She wanted to know why he just seemed to be enjoying this so much. She tried to leave, but that's when she saw that he was looking at her picture. She stood frozen. She wanted to kick him, bite him, do whatever she could to get the picture back. The fact that he could even talk about it made her sick. Even if he didn't know.

"No he doesn't. He's dead. Now give me the picture back." she said coldly. The only thoughts that ran through her head were hatred. Hatred for her brother who had lied to her, hatred for her mother that had gotten him sick, hatred for her father for not making it back in time. Hatred that they left her alone, with no one. More than anything she hated Theo at that moment. He brought up the subject. He dared to talk about her brother. He had that grin that drove her crazy. She completely despised him. "Give it back." she hissed one more time as she tried to take it from him.

message 13: by Max (new)

Max Theo glanced at her arm and shrugged slightly.
"You tried to leave, I didn't want you to leave, so I stopped you." He replied as though that was completely reasonable answer. Of course it wasn't and Theo knew that, but did he care? No, of course he didn't, he was Theo. His smirk only grew as he saw her reaction to him having her picture. There it was. The inevitable weakness that every person had. Well, every person but Theo. Theo prided himself in not having any fears, but that was a lie he told himself every day. The lie that he was invincible, that nothing could scare him. He had told himself that lie so many times that he had actually started to believe himself. In truth though, Theo was afraid of being left alone. Of being the last person on earth, and having no one to talk to. No one to tease or torture, or kiss. He was so afraid of not dying and being the last person alive, but he was also afraid of death. But no one would ever know that about him, his fear were his greatest secret.

"Oh, touchy are we?" He said with a grin as she tried to get the picture back. Her brother was dead? That was so much more interesting than anything he had imagined. So much could be done with death. Theo loved and hated it with a passion. He feared death just as much as he enjoyed it.
"Do you miss him?" Theo didn't even wait for an answer, just waved the picture above his head where she couldn't get it before continuing.
"Did you kill him?" He asked. Of course he didn't think that Yuki was able to kill even a fly, and she most certainly hadn't killed her brother. But Theo liked to mess with peoples minds, and that was certainly something that got people thinking.

Theo could see the hatred in her eyes and it was filling him with immense joy. Such hatred in this world. It was so fun, so easy to play with people's emotions it was almost pitiful. Regarding Yuki with a curious look he tilted his head slightly as though he were thinking.
"Tell me, what would you do to get this picture back?"

message 14: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 11, 2018 04:06AM) (new)

She ignored his first comment. Yes, it was a reason, but not the one she was looking for. If he wanted her to stay, he didn't have to resort to violence. Though it did wake her up a bit, it didn't seem to wake her up enough to keep her from yawning. He was enjoying this too much. She saw his grin and she continued to grow to despise Theo. She wanted to throw something at him, she wanted to just do something other than just standing there defenseless as he continued to tease her. He had a fear, she knew he did. After all, everyone fears something. It was human instinct, it's more apart of their genes if anything. Fears were just something that kept people alive. She knew this, yet at that moment, he practically seemed like nothing could hurt his pride. That he may not have a fear. That even though he has no fear, he was safe. He was practically an Invincible jerk.

She looked at him as he continued to talk. "Yes I miss him. And Yes. I practically did kill him. Does it matter? He's dead, he doesn't care. He clearly didn't care when he died." she said coldly. She blamed herself partially for his death, for not noticing something was wrong. She blamed him for leaving her, clearly not caring enough to tell her. He didn't care if she missed him. He didn't care about her. After all, humans tend to care more about themselves than others. Maybe she should just allow herself to die too, it's not like anyone would care. At this point, she practically didn't care what happen to her now.

She glared at him. "I'll do anything. Other than kissing somebody of course." she answered. She wasn't going to just throw away her first kiss because someone simply ordered her to do so. That fact was something that would never change. She was probably going to spend the rest of her life, never having her first kiss and staying away from boys. She was perfectly fine with that fact. It made sense, after all she partially still believed boys had cooties.

Max Theo bit the inside of his cheek and regarded Yuki with yet another long, thoughtful stare. He didn't quite know what he wanted to do with her yet. He had to admit, he was impressed with the way she answered his questions unflinchingly. Usually by now people wouldn't even be able to look him in the eye. But she seemed to be getting bolder and bolder with every word. That was not a good sign. He wanted her totally lost before he had to face her for real. He wanted to destroy her so his victory could be even more beautiful. He needed to keep her scared and on edge. Of course, he already had something she wanted, so he wasn't worried about loosing her or anything. He doubted she would just disappear until she got that picture back.

"Wow, you must not have a very Good heart. Most little prissy princesses like you would be crying at the mention of a dead family member." He smiled at her and shrugged again. Theo liked to shrug, it was one of his favorite things to do. It was just this casual thing that could mean anything. Good, bad, the in between.
"So, you killed him? Wow, you're getting more and more interesting!" He smirked and then slipped the picture back into his pocket. He knew that she was probably going to try and get in from his somehow. But he was taller, bigger and stronger than her (he guessed, of course that was just going off of her appearance) so he was pretty sure that he could stop her if she tried to tackle him or something.

"Ooh, why won't you kiss anyone? Is no one pure enough for innocent little you?" He asked with another smile. He was just trying to scare her, make her think that he was going to force her to kiss him or something. But he wasn't really interested. He knew plenty of other girls who were more experienced and willing.
"Well, if you want your picture back, you're coming back to my dorm." He shrugged yet again before turning on his heels and walking back in the direction to the Evil dorms.

message 16: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 12, 2018 03:48AM) (new)

"First of all. They have been dead for years. I'm used to it. It doesn't matter anymore." she said as she followed him willingly. She didn't want to, but that picture was, not only her bookmark, but was one of the few things she had to remember her brother. So, she followed him. The more she talked, the more of her cover she managed to lose. She didn't like speaking to people, she didn't like attention. She knew people would just leave the shy girl alone, the one not willing to talk to anyone, someone who people give up on easily and easily forget or ignore. She liked her cover, at first it was just a cover. But the more and more she acted on it over the years, the more it actually became part of her personality. Normally, she's not the happiest about just losing it just like that because of some stupid words from some cocky student. Evil or good, it really didn't matter. It was like life and death. Life has no purpose without death, it would just be an endless infinity. Death gives life a reason, and without life, there would be no death. Death has no purpose in the world without life. It was kind of the same for good and evil. If there were no good people, the evil people has no one to prey on. And without the evil people, the good people would just have no purpose, nothing threatening them. Nothing for them to diminish whats truly right and wrong. No examples for the mothers to point at and say to their children "You see. That's a bad man, never be like that." Then again, there would always be good and evil, as long as there are humans around.

She looked at him a bit before deciding to answer his last question. "I just rather not have my first kiss with someone i dont know. First kisses are supposed to be special." she said, even though she knew full well that she will never kiss anyone willingly. That was something she wished would never come. Love was just some sorry excuse for human desire. Humans were just selfish. They would never give their life up for another. Fear always conquers love, despite what they say in the cheesy movies. People were always going to fight, people were always going to hate what they couldn't have. People were always just going to be people. They don't know if someone dies, they go on with their lives, not caring about the deaths. Not caring about the sadness others feel, only caring for themselves. What aggravates Yuki the most, is when people act with pity, or so called "Sympathy." No one knew her parents, deep down no one cared, she didn't care enough to actually die with them. No one could truly understand how others feel, because people are often deceived by the mask others put on. Deception. Whether it was good or bad, humans were amazing at it. If she were to say she loved someone, she would have caved into the sorry excuse of human desire. Something she never wanted to happen, she'd rather her bloodline to just die at her. First kisses, something girls often feared or idolized. Nope, Yuki straight up despised first kisses. It wasn't just a stupid fairytale, first kisses weren't magical. To Yuki, they were pure deception.

Max Theo smiled slightly as she followed behind him. Not that he had doubted that she would, but she hardly even hesitated. She really was going to be a terrible nemesis, she didn't even have a mind of her own. Not only that but from what Theo had seen, she was totally gutless. Again a wave of disappointment crashed over him mixed with the epic feeling of being on the top of the world. It was a strange combination. But he was still a little annoyed that his nemesis was going to totally suck, but also happy that she wouldn't be hard to beat. Of course, he was most likely just assuming that she was going to be easy to kill, but Theo liked to think the best of himself, and the worse of others.

Listening to her talk he continued to make his way to his dorm, not even turning around to look at her when she spoke.
"Ugh, you're such a... girl." Theo muttered, smirking. First kisses were not special at all. They were always supposed to be this amazing thing, but in all honesty, first kisses were awkward. If one person knew how to kiss and the other person didn't, it was terrible, if neither of them knew how, it was even worse. Anyways, Theo didn't kiss people because he liked them. He kissed people and did things with them when he was bored. So when everyone swooned over first kisses and dumb stuff like that, Theo just scoffed.

Finally they reached his dorm and he opened the door for her.
"Ladies first." He said with a grin. Just like he appearance, Theo's room was a mess. He shared it with a bunch of other people but it was easy to see his side of the room by the amount of clothing and books strewn all over the place.
"Home sweet home." He flopped down on the bed and closed his eyes. He really was exhausted and it was finally hitting him. But he had some stuff he needed to do first. Theo pointed over to a stack of books on his desk.
"That is homework. I don't want to do it, but you do. So how about you get started while I take a nap." He closed his eyes again and made a waving gesture towards his homework.
