Just wondering since were doing anime pictures for the appearance can it be black and white pictures or colored? As in what type of anime pictures would you prefer us or example me to use?

A type of technique a user has to learn multiple times in order to improve what they can do in the technique. In order to put the Training Points into the Technique Tree a user must know the very basic of the Technique.

So you can use any one. It's pretty much saying your character has masted that technique.

You are allowed to make your own. You don't have to get in Approved but if you want a mod to look over it then you can.

You are allowed to make clans. Such as the Aburame, Akimichi, Uchiha and so and and so one

When we create characters, do they all start out as "D" class and Genin?

They do.

So I'm supposing they start off with zero training points as well. Are they allowed to know some techniques besides the basic academy techniques, then?

They are, but they shouldn't be super advanced in it, okay? Like a low level Kekkei Genkai.
