Storm was at the academy, teaching another class of mutants on the properites of physics. The strong and beautiful hero was great at her job. Not only was she one of the most powerful mutants who demanded the most respect, but she'd go far for those she cared about. Having recieved word from Xavier that Marie would return soon she taught her class as normal while sporting a smile every so often. It was going to be plesant to see her student again soon.

Gwenpool popped into the class on top of one of the desks. "Don't mind me. Carry on with the lesson Ororo." She sat down at the desk and waved at the student sitting in the seat behind said desk.
Not enrolled in the class or the academy, the white haired african-goddess heroine sighed before turning around to face Gwenpool. The blonde was as annoying as ever but Storm had already had a few run in's with her and threatned to fry her like a toad. "Right." She said, raising a brow before turning back around. She went on with the lesson.

Gwenpool stood up and began to silently mock Storm. Anytime the mutant turned around she was already sitting on the desk again. She was having fun. Sure Storm didn't particularly like the Deadpool knockoff but that made this even better.
((I'm thinking of claiming Deadpool too. What do you think?))

Storm didn't quite mind the minor hero. She was more mischevious than she was successful in her endeavors. The white haired, dark toned hero turned around, raised a perked brow in her direction. "I know it's hard being a child but do you really attention from them?" She asked, crossing her arms. Storm knew students were seeking attention and didn't expect it to be much different coming from Gwenpool. "If you want attention from me Gwen, you can enjoy our detention center later."

Gwen teleported herself in front of the weather manipulater and mocked her stance. "You couldn't keep me there." She looked at the sky and started yelling at some unseen figure, "Shut up Maggie! Their power dampeners can't possibly effect me!"
Storm came from a very rich magical blood line. She had gone through many hard ships as a child but had come out one of the most powerful X-men in the academy. She would not tolerate tom-foolery in her classroom. Storm's neutral expression tensed in an instance. Gewn should have known better. "Teleporter or not, you are disrupting my class and I will have you removed." She narrowed her eyes, demanding respect in her tone.

Gwenpool teleported to the open doorway. "I'll remove myself. Thanks!" She giggled before teleporting to another part of the building.

The white haired mutant turned away from the board. She felt something odd. There was something in the school that did not belong. Quickly, she rose from the ground, her ability of flight granting her power over gravity. Spreading her clad arms, she summoned a storm to surround the school. The white clouds gathered in a large intimidating spiral above the institution. Some mutant students were unsettled by the sudden response taken by their professor. "It's all right." She reassured them in a soothing tone. Leaving the room, Storm kept one hand raised, allowing her better control over the fierce storm she was whipping up. Locating it in the hallway, she didn't even consider looking at the intruder before she pulled a lightning strike from the dark grey angry louds. The strand of energy zapped through the wall, whipping right next to the odd plant like intruder. It disappeared the second is appeared as the elementla mutant approached. "Who are you?" She demanded in a booming voice.

Storm narrowed her white eyes at the alien plant creature that appeared. "GROOT!" She shouted, her loud voice echoing down the hallway. There was damaged done to the wooden walls, the planks split in half. The professor would deal with the head master later. For now she had to eliminate the threat to the school. It was odd that He said "I am Groot." Twice, but only one of his phrases translated to english in her mind. Holy Wood! Taken aback, the weather mutant's brows furrowed. She lowered her hand, the storm becoming less intense as she did so. "You're not from here. Are you lost Groot?" She asked, lowering herself back to the ground. The white haired female approached, a confident strut in her stride. She stopped only to appear a few feet before the plant creature. While Storm's first introduction to Groot was intense and vicious, she had a nurturing nature that was slowly appearing.

The only words the plant alien spoke were, "I am groot." Granted mystical powers by her african bloodline, Storm was able to translate his tongue into english. "Who is starlord?" She asked tilting her head slightly, her white eyes fading back to their natural gentle aqua blue. "You are here at Xavier academy for gifted mutant's who cannot control their powers." Storm no longer appeared on the defense, having lowered these so she could communicate with Groot. Her ghost white voluminous curls bounced gently as she proceeded to approach, striking her long lean legs towards the intruder. Once Storm returned to her normal apperance, the storm drifted awaty. "You're safe...For now."

Noticing the expression of confusion on the alien's face, storm kneeled down on the ground, keeping her body level with that of the height of the tiny talking tree. "A mutant Groot is someone who is born with powers that fester during their life. There's a gene that is inside each mutant, that causes this odd power to be granted to them." She smiled warmly at Groot. Placing a hand on her chest, Storm explained further, "I am a mutant too. Only difference is I know how to control my powers." There was a gleam in ehr eyes that suggested she was rather proud of this. "It took many years and it's harder when my emotions are in tatters." She emphasised the tatters in her explination. "The school is designed for mutants to learn how to control their gifts and also learn to love themselves. I can't tell you the numerous times I encountered younger students who wanted to get rid of their gifts all together." The white haired, aqua eyed woman paused. "You're welcome to stay here until your Starlord returns."

Storm gave him a kind smile. It was a plesant change to see people, and trees alike enjoying their time at the institution. "If I were to meet your Starlord, I'd be able to deduce his mutation status clearer." She stated, an expression of thought written across her stoic face. "Anyways," The mutant continued, now standing. "Would you like to help me teach? It would be nice to have a tree in the room. At least you pay attention." Storm commented, finding the idea rather amusing. Turning away from the intruder, Storm waved away the professors who appeared, ready and armed to take out the intruder. "It's nothing more than a tree guys." Storm told them, thinking it was rather funny. However, the look on Scott's face said he was much more annoyed that the alarm interrupted his class. Storm smiled at groot, reassuring the alien intruder that he would be quite alright with her around. "Would you like water Groot?" She asked.
