Am I the only one who would just take books about how to survive? 'Wilderness Survival For Dummies' books? :D
1. War and Peace-Tolstoy2. Atlas Shrugged-Ayn Rand
3. Gone with the Wind-Margaret Mitchel
All 3 are tomes and likely to take weeks to finish-also the smaller print makes reading equally longer. Read all 3 in my teens-each book in under a week! Those were the days, my friend...

Too smart! :D:D
The Bible - so I don't lose it altogether.Cold Mountain - just to get lost in.
Robinson Crusoe - just to mess with my own head.
Looking for Alaska, by John GreenWhat Happens Next, by Colleen Clayton
Please Ignore Vera Dietz, by AS King
Those are my three. If something unexpected were to happen, and I could take more books, then I'd also add "Ramona the Brave" by Beverly Cleary. Just because if I was stranded on an island, I'd probably be very upset, and I don't know that I'd feel like reading about deep, dramatic stuff - sometimes you just need a kids' book!
I know, I know, you said only 3.
I'll stop now. :)
funny side up by Ruskin bond!the end of trail by Franklin w. Dixon!
high school musical I don't remember the name of the author!

Smart. I would wish for something similar (Survival Guidebook), maybe something inspirational about survival like Life of Pi, and something spiritual that I could go back to repeatedly. Pragmatism...
The Brothers Karamazov
The Night Circus
Sophie's World
And if I could take anymore, I would take the HP series. If not, I'd leave it behind. I know it well enough anyway lol
