For the month of April I read:

1. Heartless by Marissa Meyer -loved!

2. The Siren by Kiera Cass - good book, didn't care much for the ending though.

3. The Dead House by Dawn Kurtagich -different, that's the only way I can describe it.

4. The 57 Bus A True Story of Two Teenagers and the Crime That Changed Their Lives by Dashka Slater -I would recommend this one. Like The Dead House it is different, but very good.

5. Wonder by R.J. Palacio -delightful, heartfelt story about accepting people who are different, movie version is good too. Stays true to the story's message.

6. I Am Malala The Story of the Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban by Malala Yousafzai -inspirational!

7. Young Adult Literature From Romance to Realism by Michael Cart -if you've ever wonder about the history of YA Lit, this book is a must.

8. Speak The Graphic Novel by Laurie Halse Anderson -if you love the novel Speak, you'll love it as a graphic novel. The artwork is good in it too. Both books stand on their own two feet.
