Recommendations - Fantasy NA without romance

Hey guys. I'm looking for any books that fit a very specific criteria:
-Fantasy or paranormal
-Set in the modern world
-No romance - it can have a romance side plot, so long as it doesn't dominate the story
-New Adult- characters in late teens to late twenties
-Bonus points if the main character is female
Honestly, the only books I can think of that fit into this category are the Magicians series and the Dresden files. Hoping there's some other good stuff out there.

This may not fall dead-on (I don't specifically remember if the characters are still in their twenties, though I pictured them as being so), but Kat Howard's An Unkindness of Magicians rang all of my Magicians bells, with one of the main protagonists being female. I also like Benedict Jacka's Alex Verus novels, and the supporting cast would all be in their 20s, though Alex himself I think of as in his 30s (and obviously Alex is male...).
