History: She went temporarily mad after witnessing the shooting of many of her friends and shot several FBI and CIA agents, then went on a rampage killing people in the city. When she was finally disarmed, she had recovered (mostly) to her senses, and taken into military/police custody, afterwards being taken to the prison here.

After she was flagged ‘highly dangerous’ by the FBI she pushed it to its limits, stealing as much as she could before six CIA agents took her down. They decided to take her here, hoping she wouldn’t escape
