Dad can't afford tickets for the whole family to vacation on Mars, so he invents the amusement park ride instead. A strangely sentimental and human story from Bradbury, unlike most of the stories in this collection.
You're right G33z3r, it was sentimental. The story didn't do much for me overall but it was a nice change of pace.
I found it a bit sweet - a brief palate cleanser in between more interesting pieces.
