Looking for Native American. Early 90s or eighties. h has red hair (pretty sure) and from England. Only part I really remember is that h is kidnaped from by another Native and tortured by having nipples tied in wet string of leather and then dries out and tightens.

There was something similar like this in Caress & Conquer by Connie Mason. but it's not a native american genre only includes them in the story line
