I don't have one. Sure, I've been disappointed by books several times, but I can't say I hated any of them, it doesn't seem fair...
Officially heartbroken... I cried so many times, feel in love with the characters so many times, and overall loved it. I can understand how it gets boring. But it was still good, right? Hate is so strong!

Both the Twilight books and movies in my opinion, were terrible. Its what I think, I don't mean to offend anyone, but there was too much sappy romance and not enough "Saving the world from evil with epic battles and stuff" for my taste. Edward doesn't have any flaws and he stalks Bella and she thinks its romantic, not CREEPY. Bella is kind of a weak character. A lot of the time instead of being strong and kicking butt, she mostly obsesses over edward. Also, I LOVE PERCY JACKSON, but the movies were really bad!

Or did you just mean the movies. If so, then I totally agree.
ERAGON AND THE GUNSLINGER!! Uhhh the movies did not do the books justice at all. I’m still pretty salty. But the curious life of Benjamin Button book was pretty disappointing to me. So was 50 shades of grey
Oh gosh, the Twilight movies were so bad. The camera was like EVERYWHERE and I got extremely dizzy just by watching. The book plot was also weird.
Amen😂 and the CGI vampire baby was hella creepy. The whole baby storyline in general was just disgusting soo 😐

I know right, why couldn't they just use a real baby, for Heaven's sake? Also imprinting on a baby? Ew, gross.
But I was wetting myself when Bella said, "NESSIE? YOU NAMED MY DAUGHTER AFTER THE LOCH NESS MONSTER?!" Like that's the worst thing about it. The way she said it too, xD

I knooow, I cracked up at that part too, like priorities?!?!? Kristen Steward's acting skills 👌😆
And this whole "Jacob only loved Bella cause she was the mother of his mate" thingy was sooo bad! Like wouldn't he love Edward then as well, since he's the father? Imprinting sounds so friggin unhealthy man😂 like they have no choice but to live with their partner even though they hate each other?! ok...

Oh my god, that last book was so weird and the movie...🤢, well all the movies...
I know everyone loves the Twilight books and even I used to enjoy them a little when I was younger but none of them are good.
Well at least I know I'm not alone in disliking Twilight. Lest all hope some Twihard doesn't show up and tell us we're not allowed to have opinions.. 🙄

Of course, it's okay if your one of those people who like it, and it's perfectly natural to get offended when people don't like the things you do. But just don't overreact. I'm one of those people who like good, calm, well-constructed arguments, so don't scare them all off! x)

Sorry.. I guess a little calm argument would be interesting, but from experience I've had elsewhere a lot of the time Twilight fans think an argument is screaming insults at the other persons fandom.. But yeah..

No need to apologise! I know what you mean... I've had Twilight fans come at me telling me that I "just don't understand" the story and all sorts I don't need to repeat. But then I remember when I was younger, someone was bashing The Lord of the Rings on a review. I got really mad that I didn't go on the internet for days and was even thinking of a sarcastic reply (what? I was a kid!). But then I realised that I can't make people like the things I do, and if everybody liked the same things, the world would be very dull indeed.
I've since then read worse reviews bashing LotR and, if they're logical and reasonable with their points, I find it interesting to see our differences. It's when they are bashing for the sake of bashing and hiding their bad reasoning skills with swearing, that's when I roll my eyes and get internally mad.
Oh my gosh this turned into a lecture, sorry! It's not entirely for you, I just needed to get it off my chest ;')

I remember kids at school used to poke fun at me bc I was the biggest LotR nerd to the point that I founded a club dedicated to Tolkien (with like 3 members 😂). I even took archery classes bc I thought I was the second coming of Legolas and I used to get sooo mad when my classmates insulted the franchise. As you said you can't change people's opinion all the time and that shouldn't be the point of fandom.
But, Dani, I've had some long discussions with hardcore twilight fans and I can see where you're coming from!

Aw! I'd have joined that club x)) Part of the reason I learned archery is because of Legolas too. Him sliding down on that orc's shield while shooting arrows is the coolest thing ever. Love him <3

I'm still mad they didn't actually teach that in archery class 😂 I want to recreate that scene at home.
pretty boy, Legolas, was my first teenage crush and I still have a live-sized cardboard cutout of him in my room😶

Haha same. Same for me as well, I still have loads of posters of him, I'm not sure what to do with them now, but ah well x) <3

No I get it. Anyway I completely agree with you.

ah well, I always liked Aragorn better with his permanent wet hair! 😍😂
is it wet though? 😂 I always thought he really needed a shower unlike Legolas' luscious golden L'oreal hair😉
