Just finished reading it today. My favorites are: The Adventure of the Dying Detective and The Adventure of the Devil's Foot.


In the first one (view spoiler)[Holmes almost convinced me that he is sick and dying. That part where he begged for help made me sad that he felt that bad to bow down, but when he uncovered his plan I was surprised (hide spoiler)] I don't recall any other story where the author displayed his acting skill which is super good.

The second one showed me how much that guy loved the girl to (view spoiler)[ the point even Holmes didn't take any action and understood it when he put himself in the killer's shoes showing that he understands others and has a heart, it touched me. (hide spoiler)]
