I'm glad to finally come back to this one!

So,
I hate the priestesses so much especially after what they did to Elizabeth. That was just cruel. I think only the Milones are bearable. The poisoners are just too much and I can't seem to understand the logic of half the things the priestesses are upto.

I couldn't have guessed that Billy's father was Natalia's lover.
I wonder what arrangements they really have in place.

Billy's sincere at least. It's sweet that he thinks he can save Arsinoe and take her to the Mainland but that's not gonna happen. I don't think so!

The low magic went severely wrong. That bear! For a moment, I almost hoped that Arsinoe would find her familiar. It would have been so different if she became that strong. I hate what happened to her face.

Joseph seems fine for now. I wonder how he'll react when he sees Mirabella again. He seems so sorry for what he did to Jules.

Everyone thinks that Mirabella came just to attack Arsinoe. I wanna shout out how wrong they are!

I honestly disliked Joseph so much when he did a second time with Mirabella, like okay first time, I see why it happened but then after that? You say you loved Jules?! 😡
This is why I can't stand cheating in books

Oh and yeah I was so hoping for Arinsoe's familiar as well, but things do get much more intense in the end!
