What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I'm looking for a book that I read at least 10 or 15 years ago. I believe it was a Young Adult thriller/suspense novel about a girl who learned to do astral projection. She tried it one day only to have the spirit of her dead sister (if I remember correctly) take over her body and lock her out of it. I cannot remember any other specific details about the book other than the plot, genre, and age range. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
