Play Book Tag discussion

My second read of this young gay American-Born-Chinese man and some of the other souls who share his world. More literary than most SF, but also plenty of tech & related predictions & extrapolations, plenty of What If and Sense of Wonder.

Relatively near-future but we do have established colonies on Mars and the Chinese are pretty much in charge of the whole world. The world-building and character development are masterful; I love every one of these flawed people as they just do the best they can.

First time through I rounded down, this time I rounded up and gave it the full five stars. Get the book; it has so many themes and ingredients it will fit lots of tags. And it's great for a BotM or Buddy Read.

Sounds like a really great book with lots to recommend. This is the first I've heard of it! Glad you enjoyed the re-read almost as much as the first time.
