This is a thread to explain the over all history of any characters that you could possibly create in this rp.

Vampire Royal

The vampires have been ruling for decades, the queen and king have an understanding between each other, they do not turn anyone outside of the family. And of course they have the freedom of bedding anyone human, but must kill them after. They must keep the line pure, it's happen once with one of there sons, and the costs are saver. When the sons are born, they are not yet vampires. They grow and grow, until there body stops. It's like they wake up one morning and they know. Before that they still needed blood. Now their thirst for blood is stronger, and know they have powers, super agility, super strength, and the power to compel. This is why the need there slaves, the family is growing, and because it's continuing to do so there need for slaves become greater and greater. Now being raised like this the boys are cruel, and power filled, there is no more than one or two boys who hate the way the family deals with things, understand? This is not some vampire romance!

SUNLIGHT KILLS?: No, sunlight will not kill a vampire. However, younger vampires are extremely sensitive to it. You need to build a tolerance to it, like how a human’s body will grow immune to certain drugs over extended periods of time. Newborn’s can stand it for bits at a time, but over a few decades, as long as you go out and train your body to get used to it, you will be able to stay out for longer periods of time before burning up.

NEED BLOOD?: Yes. Vampires feed off of human blood, although there are some who feed off of animal blood for a change of pace. If a vampire is starved and kept away from blood, it will make them weak. They will look sickly, and slowly start to fade away. Their sunlight tolerance will decrease, and they won’t be as quick or strong. If they were to suddenly be reintroduced to blood, they would go crazy with a blood lust until they learn how to control it once again.

FANGS?: Typically speaking, vampires look like normal human beings until they feed, are angered, or turned into a blood lust state. Their face transforms and fangs elongate.

KILLING?: A stake through the heart will kill a vampire, as will cutting their head off or setting them on fire. Those are the easiest and quickest way. Should you lock a vampire in a coffin and nail a cross on the top, eventually the vampire will starve and wither away. Garlic does nothing to them.

INVITED IN?: Vampires can enter houses of the living without any invitation; it’s something that made taking over so easy.

ABILITIES?: All vampires have heightened senses (sight, hearing, smell, etc) and are able to have a minor form of mind control called “compulsion” which allows them to take away memories of others. Before the emergence of vampires in the public, they would use this compulsion to feed and make victims forget. Older and royal vampires sometimes develop other supernatural abilities, though this is rare.

TURNING OTHERS?: To become a vampire, a vampire must bite you and then you have to take their blood. Following that, you must die with the blood in your system.

SPARKLES? ABNORMAL BEAUTY? MIRRORS? FLYING?: No. No way. They don’t burn in the sun, but they don’t sparkle either. Vampires are not “prettier” than humans, but have a pale and gaunt appearance that leads to mystery and enticement in many people. They are able to see themselves in mirrors, and no, they cannot turn into bats or fly.

The Shackled:

The Shackled are humans the vampires have already claimed to feed upon. No, they do not turn the silly humans, that would be far to fair to them. Instead, each royal member has their own personal humans to feed on. They do have multiple, but most do not have an excessive amount. Three perhaps the greatest being five. The Shackled never leave the castle. They have their own personal living quarters and are rarely allowed to leave even those. They are provided a healthy amount of food, to keep their blood rich.
The families of the Shackled believe their daughters are in a all-or-nothing competition to be wed to a prince. Pity them,this is not even close to the hellish reality the Shackled ensue.
The Shackled may send letters home to family, but the letters are monitored and they may only say things about what a Wonderful time they are having at the palace.
Remember, this is not a romance. Most of the vampires are cruel and malicious to their shackled, feeding from them as close to the point of death as they can. Sometimes, they go too far...

The Potential Humans:

The potential humans are the ladies of the town sent to the balls hosted by the Royals. They do not know about the secret of the Royal Family. Instead, they believe they are attending the ball to win the heart of a prince, and eventually join the others who have attended before in a competition to marry the prince.
