I read this series when I was in high school so about 8 years ago about a group of kids who attend a boarding school designed to teach them to be spies. Each book in the series was about a different mission. I think there were 3 main characters who were boys and 3 that were girls. I want to say there were 6 books in the series but the last book was impossible to find because they didn't publish very many.

Maybe “I’d Tell You I Love You, But Then I’d Have to Kill You” by Ally Carter? There’s also this list on Goodreads you can check to see if your book is there. :)

I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You the click for Tris' suggestion. But it's not that series, because that is an all girl school and in the U.S.
Here's the short Amazon "Look Inside" preview of Spy High Mission One: The Frankenstein Factory by A.J. Butcher (the first book of the Spy High series) - Jane's suggestion: https://www.amazon.com/Spy-High-Missi...
One Goodreads reviewer says, "It is the 2060s and there are new technological threats in the world. Basically, these six kids are recruited for Deveraux Academy, a secret school that trains spies. I was confused about the school's premise. It makes it seem as though the kids have already finished or are about to finish high school and in the British version its called Deveraux College."
