Awesome Carol! I might have to borrow a couple, thanks for sharing!!! :) I actually used to have all her books, but they were saved on my desktop computer, which is now in storage and I can't get to it. I've been rebuying them when they go on sale (don't tell my hubby I'm doing repeat buying...) so I can read them on my Kindle.
Awesome! Love McClure and I love to swooooonnnn! What can be better?
Chocolate.
Chocolate will make this just about perfect. ;)

I have every single one on my kindle, and just about every one in print! I am working on those, I like printed books better, but alas a kindle is easier to pack around. I am an addict and not afraid to admit it! :)
Melody- That's awesome! I am working on my print collection, I think I only have around 10 in hardcopy. We move around a lot so I've been trying not to buy physical books, but I plan on eventually having all of hers.

This is going to fun!
For those who may have missed it, Marcia put out a new book last week!
The Secret Bliss of Calliope Ipswich is now available directly on Marcia's site. It'll probably be a couple weeks for it to come to Amazon.

That's great news! Thanks Kathy, you're the best. And thanks to MLM!!!
Hey I was wondering if any of you knew if and where I could get like a bundle pack of her ebooks? I heard you could but I'm kind of ignorant in all that.
Emily- Do you mean like a box set or something? I'm not sure if she has anything like that, at least not that I know of. The only ones that come to mind are: The McCall Trilogy, Christmas Kisses and Romantic Vignettes: The Anthology of Premiere Novellas. Otherwise, I think her books just have to be bought individually. I know she was having a big sale on her site, I'll have to check if its still going on...
One Classic Latin Lover came with A Chimney Sweep Romance, so if you buy that you can save money getting two for the price of one.
Emily, I could be wrong and maybe she has done that before.
Jessie, I forgot about that. I think she's done that a couple times? I can't remember which books though.

I received the second to newest book "the secret bliss if Calliope Ipswich" and finished it today! I loved it so sweet!!!! And yummy!!! Then I dove into "love me" and finished it tonight!!! I am loving swoon fest month!!!!!
I finished The Whispered Kiss and *sigh* my first Marcia Lynn McClure novel expereience was incredible! Loved the Beauty and the Beast remake. Now on to The Visions of Ransom Lake.
Kim- You haven't read Maria before? I'm so glad you enjoyed Whispered Kiss, that's one of my favorites! Ransom Lake is another, I've read that one a few times. :)
I'm reading A Bargained-For Bride and LOVING IT! I've been saving it for the fall! No author makes me smile like Marcia. :)
And Kim you just HAVE to read Kissing Cousins! Oh my heck! LOVE it! Well... I love all the ones I have read but Kissing Cousins is one of my ALL time faves!! :) I'm reading The Time of Aspen Falls right now and I swear my neighbors think I am crazy! I keep busting out laughing! ;) Hehe.
I'm reading Kissing Cousins right now! it's funny, it always seems that your first one has a place on your favorites list. my first one was A Heavenly Surrender. Love it!
Katie that was my favorite first too! Then I read Shackles of Honor and I was entirely hooked! :)....I then proceeded to get all the women in my family...okay pretty much all the women I know..addicted. :) Swoon Fest indeed. :)
I think that'd be a fun question to do for Trivia Tuesdays, what was the first McClure book you read. I think you're right Katie, it does seem like the first MLM book ends up staying a favorite. It'd be fun to see which book people read first too.
Heidi-I've been recommending her books since I first read Weathered Too Young, sometimes I'm a little nervous to suggest them, but I haven't had anyone say they don't like her books. So far everyone I have suggested read them have liked them. :)

With all of the recomendations of "Kissing Cousins" as a favorite I will have to try that one third. Plus "The Light of a Lover's Moon". Thanks everyone for all the suggestions on my new Marcia Lynn McClure journey!
Kathy I was nervous at first too :)... in some ways I didn't want to share them because I loved them so much...I didn't want anyone not loving them. :)
"A Whispered Kiss" was my first MLM book and I absolutely loved it! I've been hooked ever since. My other favorites are "The Highwayman of Tanglewood" "Kissing Cousins" "The Fragrance of Her Name" & "The Trove of the Passion Room"
I'm with you, Leigh! Dusty Britches was my first and is my favorite! Although Visions of Ransom Lake is a pretty close second! :)
I was scared to read it simply for the title. When I read it I became a fast favorite a close rival to the . Lover's moon. Ransom and autumn lake are right up there. Well frankly I love them ALL!!! Lol!
Dusty Britches and The Pirate Ruse are my absolute favorites!! Dusty Britches was my 2nd MLM book to read. I read The Visions of Ransom Lake first. I liked it and MLM's writing style so I read Dusty Britches next and couldn't get Ryder Maddox out of my head!! haha But the more I reread the more I remember just how much fun it is to read a Marcia Lynn McClure book. :)

I am so excited to be hosting our first annual Swoon Fest this October. This year we will be reading all of Marcia McClure books, or as many as you can throughout the month. She has over 50 to choose from! We still have a couple months to go, but I thought I'd create a thread here to get things started.
I've contacted Marcia and she is so excited for this event and has agreed to do an author interview. So, I need y'all to submit questions either on this thread or send me a message.
Below is also a list of the McClure books I have that are available for loan on Kindle. If anyone else has loanable copies and are willing to share that'd be great.
If you have ideas for what you'd like to do throughout the challenge let me know. I plan on hosting a giveaway at the end of each week, as well as some fun trivia and quotes. I think it'd be fun if people did some character casting, I know Marcia has some casting on her website, but I always like to see who people come up with. Maybe we could do a casting challenge on a couple of the more popular books, like Ransom Lake.
I also thought it might be fun to have theme weeks, like a Contemporary Week or Western Week. I'm still brainstorming so we'll see how everything pans out. I'm really looking forward to this and I hope everyone has a good time!
