The Ballroom is where all potentials are brought to meet the royal family. A dance floor is at the center. Large buffet tables surround the outer walls. The King and Queen sit in their throwns at the front of the room, elevated on a stage. Each potential is first introduced to them, then the Princes are introduced afterwards.

Jisabell closed the door and listened to the creek. She cursed softly and looked around. The ball was going to be magnificent. Her throne was over there and she saw a nephew of hers. She rarely seen any of her family after that mysterious birth of a vampire one time. Jisabell barred her teeth walking forward making sure he wasnt a traitor. Better safe than sorry.
((D: That was one line? uhhhhhhhhh...))Arthur heard the faint creak of the oaken doors opening and turned. "Your majesty," he was quick to bow to his aunt who just walked in. He was smiling like he always did and looked up just a bit. "Auntie, you're looking fine as always." Except for the scowl. It hurt her pretty features.
"Dare to bother?" She asked looking at her nephew. Arthur was just a big flirt to her and she never wanted to bother. "Playing with your flirty attitude and tie again." Jisabell looked at him knowing he was always like that. He didn't want to bother her and she knew that.
Arthur dared to frown/pout a bit as he straightened back up. "It's a policy of mine to not have an unkempt appearance, Auntie. I'm sure you wouldn't like to have your family look like vagabonds, right?" he smiled ever cheerfully.
"Arthur i didn't ask anything about my sons." She rose her voice a little. This boy really made her annoyed. She didn't know why but it ended up like that. Maybe cause of his arrogance and such. Arthur was just a nephew and nothing more.
Arthur sighed. Guess his advances at being cordial didn't work again. It made him kind of pity her for not believing his actual intentions of being nice. "My apologies, your highness. I sincerely apologize for my incompetence," he bent forward.
"Dont do that boy, i see your trying to be nice but you know me. i dont do well with nice." She mumbled slightly. Jisabell wanted to waste no time but didn't really care with him around. Her little nephew won't be like her ever. "Arthur have you met anyone of my children yet?" She asked politely.
Arthur knew that rightly well. She and King Georg were the only ones who didn't call him by his nickname, and he never questioned it. It was fine with him. "Mh, yes, of course, Auntie," he nodded. "I happened to bump into them while navigating my way around."
"Were they nice to you at all?" She asked with concern. None of her children dare to mess with family. Unless they want to loose their assign person. Jisabell looked at him. Just a normal vampire to her but she never saw his fangs. "Do you have fangs boy." She asked with a cocked brow.
"Well, they all seemed to be in a hurry most of the time to get somewhere, so I didn't want to waste their time," Arthur sheepishly scratched his head. When she asked about his fangs, he blinked. "Oh, yeah." He opened his mouth a bit. "But it's not a cuisine I fancy, unfortunately," he looked to the side with a dry chuckle.
"Don't speak royal Arthur, your seeminly a goofball for that." She chuckled. Looking at his fangs made her feel bad. He didn't have much though. Jisabell sighed and fixed her dress. "What were you doing around here?" She asked looking at her nephew.
Arthur smiled a bit, noticing that the mood had slightly shifted. "Well, I was still looking around since I wasn't quite sure of the whole castle yet, so I was working on memorizing it again. Then I was going to head to the town to buy some sweets," he answered, shrugging.
Jisabell shook her head and looked at him, "Well buying sweets are what your always doing when you were little." She chuckled. Arthur was her nephew but she remembered the tragedy that happened not long ago. She bit her lip. Jisabell remembered her poor son and how her dirty husband of hers made him loose his true love.
"Ahaha, I'm surprised you remembered such a small memory," Arthur waved his hand, then his smile fell a bit. He noticed her pondering a bit and said, "Well, I must be going, Auntie. Take care, all right?" he bowed.
"Okay Arthur, good luck and dont get in trouble." She smiled opening her arms for a hug. She knew he was old but she always felt safer with family around. Jisabell just will get her revenge sooner to rule the kingdom and push the king off.
Arthur was half-way getting up from his bow when he saw her arms outstretched towards him. "...Yes, Auntie," he hugged her back, then bowed again. "Your Majesty." Then he walked out of the ballroom, heading outside.
She smiled and walked out also. Arthur will soon regain a throne sometime. Jisabell will promise him what he wanted. She will do anything for family. But it will never happen if she pushed the king away. Her life was up and down but her mind was spinning.

Alexandra could feel the heads turn to look at her and the whispers as she entered the room. She knew she appeared the opposite of what a King would ever have on his arm. She wore a dress styled much like the one's of the Indian dancers who had visited two years ago. The dress was a pale pink on the top half and a deep magenta was the skirt's colour. Her arms were bare aside from the fabric which covered her shoulders. A long slit in the side of her slim skirt exposed a large portion of her leg. Yes, she felt quite like one of the exotic, beautiful, Indian dancers. Her hair was braided simply to the side, but it was now a deep, flaming red. She knew this idea was dangerous, but Alexandra had never much cared what people thought of her.(view spoiler)["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Mellonie entered the ballroom wearing a golden dress with blue bows, her brown hair piled in curls. She felt so out of place here, so unnatural compared to these women who looked beautiful without any try. She saw a girl who she knew slightly, her dress something from another culture. She decided to busy herself with the banquet.(view spoiler)
Alexandra made her way through the ballroom, head held high. She knew the King would never make a pass at her when she looked like this, her hair as red as flames, her dress as scandalous as it was. She nodded at a few people she recognized, a cat-like smile on her pink lips.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Alexandra sighed, reclining against a tall pillar. While everyone was talking about her, no one was particularly talking to her. She played with the ends of her thick braid, picking at the ends which were splitting apart. While she enjoyed everyone spreading the rumors of her scandalous outfit and sudden hair change, it would be an incredibly dreary ball if she never spoke with anyone

Alexandra noticed another woman, probably around her age, watching her. She gave her a sharp nod, giving her the lookover as she did. Sighing, she turned back to face the stage, watching the Royals enter and be introduced

Alexandra continued people watching fidgeting with a small, silver ring on her finger. It had been her fathers as well. She tried to keep at least one thing of his on her possession at all times.

Alexandra waited for the King to announce it was time for the attendants of the party to one by one adorn the stage and introduce themselves. She could not wait to see the King's face, and then ignore him as she focused on one of the princes, although which she could not choose just yet
Isabel had watched with awe as the carriage had approached the castle. She knew she was gaping at everything but she was unable to stop herself. She had never seen anything so fine before. "Miss Colette, it's beautiful!" She whispered to her employer.

As Colette stepped out of the castle and walked into the ballroom, her skirts swished behind her and she smiled pleased. "It is quite lovely, isn't it?" she agreed. "It appears as if the Royals are still introducing themselves. We have a bit of time."
Melody entered the ballroom, late. She saw girls waiting to do something. She brushed her bangs out of her face and looked at her dress. A white dress that was simple and exquisite in her taste. She even had a white Lily in her hair just for the sake of it. Melody looked different with her white dress and the others were just wearing Victorian.
"What do you think they are like?" Isabel asked Colette. "The Princes are all very handsome and so is the King." Her eye had been caught by the second Prince in line. She wondered what his name was and hoped that they would be able to approach the stage soon.

Melody smiled sat the girl she always recognize her. Everyone recognize her as seafood girl. She looked at the stage and caught the prince who dressed badly. She knew his name started with a j, but it seems like she couldn't figure out. Melody walked towards the girl looking for the piano. "Hi.." She whispered slightly and she looked around for the piano she was suppose to be playing.
