Here is a description of the program for people who are confused still, and/or new group members:

THE PROGRAM
I would like to introduce a program. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT ONLY FOR AUTHORS. The program is for ANYONE who would like to share or introduce a book to/with someone, in return of them sharing the same. Authors would benefit most, but please do NOT think this group is not for you if you’re not an author. The purpose of this group is to share books. Anyone can share. You don’t have to participate in the program, it's just another way to share books. Okay, back to the program…

Kris (group moderator) has come up with a program to help authors get reviews, attain downloads, or simply swap a book. Kris suggested we find people in this group with common interest (as far as books). If you notice, the group is divided into sub-groups with folders that have specific book genres on them. Please find your respective genre. When you find someone who reads books in your favored genre, and may be interested in a swap, you contact them. You can contact them right on the thread, or if they suggest; send them a private message. Next, you tell them about a book available in the Kindle Unlimited program you would like them to read, and they tell you about one. You download the books, read them and create an honest review on the book.

For now, we will just use the honesty policy. If someone isn’t keeping up their end of the swap, please let us know, just for a head’s up.

LET ME TELL YOU HOW THIS PROGRAM HELPS, ESPECIALLY AUTHORS
Not only will you get your royalties from the download, but the position of your books in the Amazon store (from a marketing standpoint) goes by reviews. So the more reviews you get on your books, the more "popular" your book is considered, resulting in the more Amazon recommends it.

Reviews are VERY important. Not only for positioning in the Amazon store, but if your work is good, you should want people to know it’s good. A review is a good way to do that. If we can review each other’s work for free while still getting a royalty, why wouldn't we? This program will also help you meet other authors, and maybe share some marketing tricks, writing tips, etc. So get involved!

I would also like to let everyone know that my book Another Day Another Name is now available on Kindle Unlimited. It is an espionage thriller with great characters that never asked to be judged. Like one reviewer said, it's an alluring layer cake of good and evil. Its tightly woven, rich tapestries of story and characters will grab you from the start and won’t let go even after it’s long over.

I thought it would be a little more 'adult'in nature and less about mental health. My mistake, not yours. Intriguing images of how pain changes her perceptions about the world.

Having said that, my parenting book is available in KU - Beyond Good Manners: How to Raise a Sophisticated Child. It is a light, pleasant, informative read at only 138 pages so please don't expect me to read your 3 volume erotica series in return. No gore, violence or XXX please. I will read books in all other categories up to 350 - 400 pages only.
