Ahmir UnDivided is the fourth book of the Unwind Dystology series by Neal Shusterman. It is set the distant future where the discovery of a new technological advancement called unwinding has taken over. Unwinding is the process of dividing one's body without actually killing them. It may sound good but they are actually dead in a way, and the one's who are targeted to be unwound are troubled, chosen, and unwanted teenagers.

Our main characters Connor, Risa, and Lev in this novel are bombarded with new challenges in their fight to end unwinding. When they face each challenge the author's use of words really makes you feel what the characters are feeling and experiencing. It's filled with plot twists that makes your heart sink and then rise once again.

Even though this is set in the future the technology they have is much like today's day in age, although there are a few exceptions. This is most likely because the government put so much funding in unwinding instead of more useful things like flying cars. I highly recommend this book if you have read the 3 (Unwind, Unwholly, and Unsouled) that came before it. I also highly recommend the entire Unwind Dystology for anyone who is into action and sci-fi.
