Commissioner Roosevelt had an active role in this story as he worked directly with Frank. Is he having a positive, negative or neutral impact on Frank as a policeman?

Frank has always been a good man in difficult circumstances. Roosevelt's support is simply making it easier for him to be the man he really is. What will happen when Roosevelt leaves though?

That’s what I wondered. I have a feeling his behavior is forever altered by not only Roosevelt’s support but Sarah’s belief in him.

Even if the other officers fall back on bad behavior, I don't think Frank will. He has Sarah's support and respect and doesn't want to lose that. At least, I hope not.
