I agree, and where are all the Goodreads Giveaways?

There are only 8 books in total for Canada. There use to be so many.

Goodreads changed their giveaway policies in January where authors & publishers now have to purchase packages from Goodreads in order to offer a giveaway; a free option is no longer available. Part of this change is that authors and publishers can now also offer Kindle ebooks as giveaways, but only to US residents as this time. This has greatly diminished the number of giveaways offered to people outside the US.

That is a shame! Canada has excellent voracious readers hungry for free books! I noticed this also.

I have won so many giveaways which then gets me to buy and read other novels by the same authors. Such a shame that we in Canada are excluded by so many contest not only here but by publishers..
