I've actually already read that series. I should have added I've also read twilight, (obviously) morganvile vampire series, vampire diaries, blood coven vampire series, and the vampire kisses series.
I actually haven't. I own the first 3, but idk the synopsis isn't really catching me. Are they good?!
I definitely recommend Vampire Academy. I've read the series twice now, its one of my favorites!
The last two are fairytale retellings. Hope you find something you like!
I just finished the Vampire Academy Series last week and it was wonderful and she's started a spin off series with a few of the minor characters.
I really agree with Vampire Academy (and Bloodlines), Captive, and A Bite's Tale! Those are all great reads! Also try
. It's super adorable and Gothic-like.
I am going to miss both "Vampire Academy & The Bloodlines Series when the last book comes out and I am closing the book. Also, The House of Night Series. When I got back into reading because my kids where at the age where I could read more than of couple of words at aa time. I went crazy. I had up to 8 different series I was reading at a time. My kids & husband couldn't see how I kept them straight. Now out of those 8, I am down to only two, the two I mention earlier. Yes, I have plenty more books & ebooks to read. But these two I really like the best. I just recently found out about Captive. I can't remember what series it goes to but I know Andrea Cremer wrote it (under a different name). Its one of those that are on my list to get when I am done with some of my of books but that could be awhile. I am currently on Fade Out B#7 of The Morganville Vampires. It's a long Series but moving pretty fast threw it thanks to me getting a done that would let me check out & download ebooks from my library. Which has been really nice since I live in the country. Bouns No Late Fees, ever.My husband complain I am glued to my phone to much. I simply explained "Its either a book or the phone" which is pretty much the same now days. He used to complain about my nose stuck in a book until I complaid about his game bag. That stopped quick.
So what is "A Bites Tale" about & who is the author. It's one of the few I haven't heard about.
Ok time to go. Sorry if you think this post is to long. I don't get to talk about the books I read very often.

Haha Amber! I know what you mean when people complain about being on the phone too much. I just moved to a small town in TN and don't get out of the house much for actual books, so I'm really always on my phone reading. My Aunt thinks I'm just on the phone chatting with people all the time, though I've explained several times I only read on it. I don't even have cell service. I have wifi, so I can talk in Goodreads about books, too :PA Bite's Tale by Veronica Blade is a retelling of the classic Cinderella story, but with a paranormal twist. It had other types of supernatural creatures in it other than vampires, so it keeps it interesting. I wish there was more to it, but it's just the one book and a quick read. I loved it, though!
I've also read all of The Morganville Vampire books. I totally get the sadness of finishing a series! It is a long one, but SO worth it! Myrnin is my favorite character :D
I would recommend Vampire Academy, dont waste your time with *shudder* Twilight, the most mind numbing book in the universe
To be honest the Vampires in the book Vampire Academy act like normal day teens who just have a knack for blood and stuff. I mean its diffrent from average books thats arent fiction but pretty much you have to remember that the characters are teenagers. I would reccommend a sample before paying a bunch of money before you buy it. *Just Being Honest*
Oh ok. I actually bought the first 3 a long time ago. I just haven't been drawn to read them. I just read the coldest girl in coldtown and it was fantastic! (A vampire book)
I really like all of her books... Blood of Eden is pretty different to The Iron Fey though. It's is still a really good series though. I think I liked Blood of Eden more than the Iron Fey.
