What about read more than just one book per month?

It's a nice idea, especially for the summer holidays - but I think the group has to take into account that nerdfighters are of all ages and some don't have the time to read more than one book a month.
My long commute enables me to listen to more than one book a month, but sitting down to read a slew of books can be difficult. It would be nice to have more than one book to choose from though, but I have a hard time with keeping up with the one discussion feed as it is.
Maybe we could do it like in felicia day's book club, where there's a main book but then an optional second book each month?
Hm... I don't think, I would like that. I have so many books to read (about 150 I own. And about 70 from the library I work at. And I don't want to think about the others xD) - I would not be able to keep up. Especially as I always want to own the books :( money is cruel^^I think one book per month is doable for most of us :)
I like Hattie's idea - If we have one main book and then a sub book you can read if you want to for 'extra credit' like when we read 'Behind the Beautiful Forevers' but John also recommended 'Maximum City: Bombay Lost and Found' as an extra. That way people with 39572985 books to read (like me) don't have to read the extra book but people with enough time can read both!
I think it would be a great idea to have a main and an extra book for every month. Since for example I've already read this months book. But I understand that everyone doesn't have time for reading two books, because of school or job.
