Pakistani Readers discussion

Come one, Come all!
It is back (apologies for the delay)! Get your ink and paper (or your keyboards and Word) ready. Time to get those creative juices flowing.

Short story: between 2000-2500 of your very own, honest words. We will be cross checking all the submissions. We are all lovers of the written word here, so let's keep the integrity of that intact and submit original works only.

Subject: Anything you heart desires. The mods have decided to lift the PG-13 restriction. Write what comes from within!

Send your stories to my goodreads INBOX by sunday August 17th midnight. Stories can be submitted earlier. I shall then post the stories anonymously and give all readers until August 21st midnight to read, comment and rate the stories based on a scale from 1-10. 1 being "Needs a lot of work," and 10 being "Hoorah I'm speechless." After tallying the readers' comment, we'll poll for the winner out of the top three scorers.

Now, let's be honest, hospitable and show discretion. That means to those commenting on or critiquing a story, let's be respectful. Authors if there is something that you disagree with in the comments, please refrain from retorting unless it's a factual issue.

Please be mindful of you spellings and grammar. Please proofread as much as possible. Make sure those technical issues don't interfere with getting your point across. Readers will take points off for poor grammar and spelling.

Any comment and/or suggestions are always appreciated.

Good news everyone. The deadline has been extended. We are giving you one extra week to write and submit the short stories! Instead of the 17th, they are now due on sunday the 24th. I hope this gives more of you time to write!

Also it seems that many of you had a problem with sticking to the limit. I did post all the stories I had. we can figure out what to do with that.

when exactly is the dead line, i have read some of them but haven't been able rate or comment. ??

It was supposed to be sunday. But i don't think enough people have rated. I haven't been able to read and rate all of them. I'm thinking we give some more time.

i'll want to say that dear authors, Honestly i am don't know anything about the technicalities of good writings or about criticizing a work, so my rating will be based on how i'll felt while reading the story. it is likely to be random. so please don't mind if under rate a good work :)
