I loved that the heroine isn't "rescued", she 'saves' herself... Bonus she gets the rewards, but you sense she's earned them.

Let me clarify. It's not an "as God is my witness,,," etc sort of book...
It's more about a non-descript (normal average) woman who begins to make different (good or healthy) choices in regards to her own happiness. Irrespective of her children's lives. Yay her!

Lisa, I'll comment in the 'Finished' thread.

This will teach me to 'borrow' a book from a friend. The copy still hasn't shown up. My best guess - it was never posted. The general rule never lend money or books right? Always go right to source - The P. B. shop!
