Sometimes Bella was annoying though like (view spoiler)
My mum is totally in love with this series and we both like vampire fiction so she's told me quite a bit about it. My sister feels the same way about the Artemis Fowl series so when I started reading that for her, my mum said I'd have to read Twilight for her. So yeah, I'm going to read it soon.
I started the first movie once but gave up on it because I found it boring. My mum promises the book is more entertaining - here's hoping!

I just can't read them. My sister begged me to try them, so I attempted to read them, but I felt like I read the same paragraph multiple times because she repeats pretty much everything.

Hey... you read more than I did. I think I read three paragraphs before throwing it at my sister.

I think this is my favorite comment because it perfectly sums up my views on things I don't care for. I'm an aspiring writer myself who wants to work in a lot of medias(books, comics, screenplays, etc.) so every time I see something I dislike I ask myself "What would I do to make it better?"

Definitely. It's so cool to see authors switch it up, even if they just genre hop. Like right now, I'm super excited to read Lauren Oliver's adult book just because it's something new for her. But it is so much more interesting to see it done within a book or series.
