leo is a lanky teenager who stands at an average height for someone his age. he has short fluffy brown hair that is a dark almond brown. his haircut is a little uneven, and has a few strands that stick up. despite this, he doesn't bother styling his hair, or simply trying to tame it. his dark brown eyes match his hair, and are often filled with emotion. it's easy to tell how he's feeling, as he is terrible at keeping from making facial expressions. leo's skin is a nice tan color, and he keeps his nails at an even length. overall, he looks well put together. he is almost always wearing a pastel sweater, with black ripped skinny jeans, and dark blue converse sneakers. of course, his outfit choices do vary. sometimes he'll wear a graphic t-shirt and a bomber jacket, but he's always wearing his blue converse shoes. he's had them for three years, and it's very obvious. because painting is one of leo's many hobbies, he does it religiously. he's a very messy painter though, having a bad habit of getting paint everywhere. so, often times you can find little specks of paint on his skin. as well as that, leo has a few freckles on his face, that are only visible when you look closely.

leo is overall, a very likable person. once you get past his obliviousness, and overall, almost shy demeanor, he's a great guy. he's very expressive, and has a huge passion for the arts. painting, photography, singing, etc. he has an appreciation for it all, even if he's a terrible singer. leo, who is still a teenager, has yet to master a good sleeping schedule. he tends to stay up incredibly late, from three, to even four a.m., and then fall asleep. during the day is when he sleeps, and this tends to affect his school life. he is tardy a lot because he sleeps in too late. so, what is the best solution? living on monster energy drinks. at least, that's what leo thinks. despite it being super unhealthy, he doesn't care. everything about him yells "aesthetic tumblr hoe", and that's what he wants. as much as he tries to be "tough" and overall a "ladies man", leo is super soft and super bisexual. having feelings for someone is basically torture for leo- his heart aches sometimes, and he can't stop thinking about said person. leo is very emotional- even a small amount of frustration can bring him to tears. he used to love the ocean, and would try to go to the beach everyday. events that happened in the past have made him more weary of it, despite how much he yearns to love it as much as before. leo tends to daydream a lot, zoning out and ignoring everything. he daydreams about anything, but mostly things that could happen in the future. his dinner for that night, what he wants to do as a career, but mostly, he likes to daydream about cute dates he could go on with a significant other. on top of this, leo tends to mishear things a lot. this is probably because he listens to music at full volume, though. he is a little shy, often needing a few minutes to work up the courage to speak with someone. leo really loves pet names, and can barely resist them. as dark as it is, one of his former exes would use pet names to sway leo into doing things he didn't want to do. of course they weren't super bad, they were just annoying things like- get him a drink, clean up after him. he hated it, but leo's ex seemed so genuine, that it felt like a sin to say no. leo loves baby animals, especially baby horse shoe crabs. those are his favorite creatures, and he has been known to cry while at the beach because of them. leo can't handle people yelling at him, either. due to an abusive boyfriend in his past, yelling affects him deeply.

[tw; mentions of sexual abuse and attempt at suicide] leo's father works in construction, and his mother works at a bank. they were born in echo falls, and for some reason don't want to move. they enjoy the vibe of echo falls, even if leo kind of hates it. he was a bright child, and got along really well with everyone. in fact, he was kind of popular in middle school, and his first year of highschool. while he still is rather popular, leo doesn't enjoy the attention so much. during his freshman year, he came out to everyone. surprisingly, most people took it well. what he didn't expect, was for a senior to take interest in him. leo didn't listen to the warnings people gave him, and began dating said senior. this was a horrible decision on his part, as the senior he was dating was horribly abusive. demanding, mean, and had a bad habit of sexual harassment. leo was definitely fed up with this, and tried to break things off with the other male. this only resulted in the other male screaming horrible things at him- calling him a worthless, good for nothing brat. the other male even told him that he was simply using him for sex- which he didn't get, of course. leo was beyond devastated. he spent a long time crying, and was in a bad state of mind for the longest time. eventually, things became too much. he attempted suicide, by trying to drown himself in the ocean. he had a note and everything. thankfully, his mother found the note in his room, and caught him before he was underwater for too long. he still remembers everything vividly- the burning of his throat, his mother's sobs, the nights he had to spend at a hospital with therapists. speaking about it with therapists was horrible, but in the end it did help him some. his mother and father tend to be super protective of him, especially when it comes to relationships. while leo does understand it, he finds their protectiveness a little annoying sometimes.

APPEARANCE
akira is a tall boy, roughly standing at about 6'1. He has a very intimiating aura about him. Could it be from the emptiness of his steely gray eyes, or the broadness of his shoulders? Perhaps his height as a factor in it, or the fact that he wears an annoyed expression all the time. Akira isn't one for styling his thick almost shoulder length hair. He usually ties it into a small ponytail, just so it stays out of his eyes. His hair frames his face, accentuating his already sharp jawline with a small curl at the end. Akira has pale, ashen skin hat holds a somewhat healthy glow. He is tall and lean, with slight muscle. Akira has many scars that litter his body. The most prominent one starts at the bottom his jaw, trailing up his cheek, ending right under his left eye.
Akira's outfits mainly consist of graphic tees, his leather jacket, dark skinny jeans and vans. He also wears the same pair of fingerless gloves.

PERSONALITY
akira is very fiery and hotheaded. He is temperamental and angry. Akira is stubborn and sarcastic. He swears when frustrated, which is literally always. Akira's real emotions are guarded by a wall of sarcasm, anger, and swearing. From a young age, he learned that no one truly cares about you. They may seem to, but in reality; they don't give a damn. He so desperately wants to open up to someone. Over the years, Akira has developed a few..interesting habits. For instance, he smokes sometimes.


FACTS akira has an incredible singing voice, but only he knows about it; akira can dance pretty well, although he's too awkward to show anyone; akira rides a motorcycle

HISTORY
from the beginning, Akira had no one. His father died shortly after he was born, which caused his mother to go into a depression. He was given up for adoption a few months after his birth. Life wasn't the best for Akira after that. From age five, he bounced around from one foster home, to another. No one wanted him, mainly because of his behavioral issues. When Akira was ten, he was finally adopted by a family who would later put up with his antics until he decided to move out. The family had one son, someone who became Akira's best friend until he graduated high school when Akira was a sophomore. After that, Akira grew more distant, until he became what he is now. A moody, angsty teen who hates everyone. He's afraid of getting close to people, mainly because of his fear of rejection due to his birth mother.

SKILLS aside from having an amazing singing voice and somewhat good dancing skills, Akira is well versed in many other things. He can cook pretty well, and can draw pretty good.

appearance(view spoiler)[charles's appearance is what you would call a chill looking one. he's always wearing a baggy sweatshirt, only rarely without a hood attached to it and hanging over his head of constantly messy brown hair. his hair, as said, is constantly messy looking, with many knots half the time and sometimes quite curly. charles stands at a height of 5'5", quite a short guy for being in his last year of high school. he's not muscular at all, but has enough that he doesn't look like a skinny stick. his brown eyes and brown hair match almost perfectly if not for the blackness of his pupil within the middle. personality ; history(view spoiler)[charles is what you would call a total introvert; never wanted to talk with anyone, always getting shook at lots of attention and heavy emotions from others. even so, he could break down crying and running from the scene if you scare him enough. but inside, he's still the same way. charles is constantly lonely sounding, his voice a bit deep as he talks in his constant sad sounding tone. a smile on his face is rare, so good luck. ; born inside of echo falls and growing up with a loving mother and a constantly absent business working father that's always on work trips, charles lived a fairly normal life with his stay at home mother. he was shown much love in his childhood but soon started to stray from his mother after her mother's mother died. it was a sad time for a couple of years before his mother finally came back to care for the child. charles soon entered high school and started to pass his classes with decent B's and A's. being a senior now, he's still avoiding many people, like he did with his mother, as he figures out what he wants to do with his life after high school ends. at first glance, Noah is your typical popular sporty boy; but he is so, so much more than that, despite what his appearance may give away. Noah is a tall male, standing at 5'10. He has a somewhat intimidating stature, with his broad shoulders and semi muscular arms. Noah has very dark, brown hair that curls at the ends, giving it a cute but messy appeal. Noah doesn't style his hair often, mainly because he doesn't need to; he does have a habit of running his hands through his hair when he gets nervous. Noah's eyes are a dark brown color that sort of matches his unruly hair. He has short, but dark eyelashes that frame his eyes. Noah has oddly groomed eyebrows, mainly because his younger sisters pluck them sometimes. Many people would describe Noah as attractive, from the sharpness of his jawline, to the messy curls of his hair. Noah's daily outfits consist of plain dark jeans and t-shirts. He has a bomber jacket that he wears sometimes, otherwise, he just wears a school sweatshirt.

PERSONALITY
noah is the complete opposite of what he appears to be. He isn't your typical popular high school student. Noah might just be one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. First of all, he's always in a good mood. Hardly anything could bring him down. Secondly, he's basically a human puppy. Noah is kind to everyone and strives to make as many friends as he can. And when he asks, it's not a question. In his mind, you're automatically friends. Noah is the kind of guy who would drive all the way across town to get you your favorite candy at 3 am if you were feeling sad. He's incredibly supportive and incredibly smart.


FACTS
noah is very skilled at piano, he owns a keyboard that is kept in his room, and a grand piano in his dining room; noah loves football, and even plays on the school's team; despite having many friends, Noah is lonely; noah lets his younger sisters do his makeup sometimes


HISTORY

what you are just about to read may shock you. Noah's history is the complete opposite of what you might expect it to be. Even before birth, Noah wasn't wanted. His father didn't want a child, but his mother was already pregnant. His father kept quiet about the whole ordeal, until Noah was born. Sure, in public he acted like he cared for the boy, but in private, he viewed Noah as nothing more than a waste of space and money. Noah's father was a growing drunk. He began to stay out later and later, until some nights where he wouldn't come home at all. Noah's father was also growing cold and distant. He would make snide remarks against his mother, and Noah as well. After Noah's mother approached him about it, he 'changed'. Which was truly a lie. After a year, Noah had gotten two new siblings, twin girls. He was five at the time. One day, Noah's father decided that he didn't want to deal with that anymore. He went out drinking, and never came back. A few hours later, his body was found on the highway, burning in the wreck of his car. Noah was too young to understand what had happened. But Noah's mother was distraught. She found it hard to take care of three children on her own, so her mother moved in with them for a little bit. After a few months of recovery, his mother met another man. All was well, until he found out that she had three children. So he left. This cycle repeated for a while, until she met someone else. A man, by the name of Peter. Peter was nice for a while. They dated for a while, until he moved in with them. All was well, until Peter lost his job. That sent him down a spiral of despair that he would never return from. Peter started drinking. At first, it was only one or two, but that quickly turned into three, to four, to five, to eight, to ten and on and on. Of course, Noah's mother was blinded by her 'love' for Peter, that she didn't notice that he was slowly becoming emotionally abusive. It started out small, with little comments towards Noah and his mother. And then he started making comments about the twins. His mother brushed everything off like it was nothing. After that, it grew into something more. Noah wasn't good enough. He didn't help around the house at all. He was a bad student. He was a bad child. He didn't deserve anything. He was worthless. Noah didn't understand why he deserved such treatment, so he tried to be as nice to Peter as possible. Noah also realized that he needed to be strong for his sisters. They didn't need to be exposed to such things. Noah would always stick up for them whenever Peter said something. Noah was eight years old now. Now, Noah's mother was beginning to realize how horrible of a person that Peter was. It started with little things. Pushing, grabbing someone harshly by the wrist, until it grew into bright purple bruises and scars that would never fade. One night, which can only be summarized as the worst night of their lives, everything changed. In the middle of the night, Noah was woken up by shouting. He couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from. Could they have been watching a movie? No. The person yelling was Peter. Noah would never forget his mother's petrified voice begging for forgiveness, or Peter's harsh tone screaming such vile things to a woman who had done nothing wrong. He would never forget her cries of pain, or the sound of Peter flipping the glass coffee table into the wall out of anger. So Noah did the only thing in his power. He called the police. The rest of the night was a blur. Red and Blue flashing lights were the only thing that Noah could recall. He faintly remembered Peter thrashing wildly as they tried to put handcuffs on him and throwing him into the back of the police car. After that, life was different. Noah and his family stayed with his grandparents for a while. After a few months, they returned back to their home, and began therapy. Life was improving greatly for them, and after another year, Daniel entered the picture. Daniel was a man that they had met at therapy, and his mother had taken a liking to. They were all very very hesitant about letting someone in their lives, but Daniel proved to be very different from the rest. He was kind and caring, funny and outgoing, the father that they never had and always wanted. Years passed, and the four of them moved in together, and Daniel and Noah's mother even got married. Life was, and is good for them. Noah chooses to stay silent about his past. No one knows about the events that occured in the Blackwell household, and he would like to keep it that way.
