I am Bangladeshi from UK by the way.

What bothers me is when people don't think that Pakistanis, Indians or Bangladeshi are Asian. Or when some don't realise that the middle east is a region and not a continent and they think Saudi Arabia isn't from Asia and they think it is in the Middle East. Yes Saudi Arabia is from Middle East but it is also from Asia.

Me: I know how you feel. I was born in the UK which means I wouldn't know every word in Bengali. Would you expect most people from England even know their words. I mean I met a lot of people in my town who didn't know some words in English mean.

Just to let you guys know. Hindi is a language originated from India and Hindu is a person who worships Hinduism.

Chinese are the people who are from China or from a Chinese decent.

Mandarin is a language.

I also don't understand why most people associate South Asians with Healthcare and Science Industry. My Asian friend isn't even interested in that industry and is more interested in the Mechanical Industry

I'm half American, half Japanese. I travel there every 1 or 2 years, but it's usually really awkward and embarrassing because I hardly understand what my grandparents are saying, and my mom has to be the translator all the time.

I bet most(not all) people from an Asian background get compared by heir siblings or when they are compared to you.. Literally all my Asian classmates have been compared to their siblings.

I always get compared to my relatives but I think my sister gets the worst treatment than me.

Also: When You Take Your Friends Out To Get Asian Food And They Pronounce Everything Wrong On The Menu. Then They Order Something Way Too Spicy For Their Palette.

Yes they do! They can almost never pronounce other Asian names right either.
