Reading Envy Readers discussion

As you can see from the folder name, the readalong for Fall 2018 is The Golden Notebook by Doris Lessing. It is the earliest book on my Goodreads TBR and I've included it in the voting a few times... this time I'm dictating! Sometimes books like this I will never read unless I read with a group.

So please find a copy in September, and we'll start reading the first week of October (technically September 30.) I'll post a reading schedule by then.

Yikes....27 hours on audio. It's on my Overdrive wish list but I always pass over it. I'm in!

It's a beast in print too. This is where a readalong can help, or so my theory goes.

This book has been on my shelf for years, and I've never read it! Picked it up several times and reshelved. I will try to read along with you. I've never done this before

Wonderful, welcome! The size is a bit daunting but so far I've found the writing to be very conversational and readable.

Picked up a print copy at the library this afternoon!
