This is where you can post books. What you've read, currently reading or to-be-read. Talk about your favourite book. State your reading goals and challenges. Basically anything to do with books.

soph.connects.the.dots My favorite book is A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett. Countless people have said it is truly a treasure of a story, and I completely agree. I...always feel a little awkward saying that, because what sounds like royal stories are not necessarily my types of reads. But, this book isn't about the traditional princess you're thinking, if you haven't read.

I read it when I was younger and was drawn into the riches-to-rags story of a girl who learns to be kind and strong even when things are not going her way. That's what being a princess means in the book. Being courageous despite the circumstances.

I loved Sara Crewe because she explained things to me as a kid when I was reading the same way I thought. I felt so understood, reading! And the world is imaginative, magical, and memorable. Idk, maybe someone else gets this? I truly love this little book, though.

I have read those and watched them.

MoodyReader2.0 (zjeena) My goal is to read all the (good) books in the world before i die. I recentky read Beautiful Creatures which could be a some low-key version of Twilight... The ending is nice though.
My fav book is I'll Give you Sun. I love it because it's mainly about 2 twins-Noah&Jude-who find their own paths and become Noah and Jude.
