I read it when I was younger and was drawn into the riches-to-rags story of a girl who learns to be kind and strong even when things are not going her way. That's what being a princess means in the book. Being courageous despite the circumstances.
I loved Sara Crewe because she explained things to me as a kid when I was reading the same way I thought. I felt so understood, reading! And the world is imaginative, magical, and memorable. Idk, maybe someone else gets this? I truly love this little book, though.

I have read those and watched them.

My fav book is I'll Give you Sun. I love it because it's mainly about 2 twins-Noah&Jude-who find their own paths and become Noah and Jude.
