Ellen | 3574 comments I am a big fan of Bogel's podcast "What Should I Read Next" so it is no surprise that I loved this little book. I listened to the audio read by the author. Working at a library I have a constant source of readers with whom I can discuss books. We have varied tastes but it can lead to some great discussions and some books that I never would have considered reading. That is what Anne Bogel is all about. The love of reading. The short essays in this book makes a reader feel like they are not alone with their 'habit': supper can wait until I finish this book, just one more chapter, I can't leave the house without a book. I think the most eye-opening essay for me was the discussion about reading the acknowledgements at the back of a book. Bogel suggests that we all start reading them because some of them are wonderful. I particularly like that one author (can't remember who right now) states that if you didn't like the book, you can blame all of these other people too as the author lists names of publishers, editors, etc. How fun! This is a light, breezy, feel-good about your reading life book. Highly recommended.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, Hebah.
