Krystal (krystallee6363) | 880 comments Hi friends,

I'm looking to find more horror novels by Australian authors! Any suggestions?

Carnosaur by Harry Adam Knight aka John Brosnan, but the author migrated to Great Britain and the novel itself is set there as well.

It looks fantastic! I went looking to buy it though and it's online for US$133 XD That's a bit more than I usually pay for books lol

Not novels, but collections of short horror/weird/science fiction by Aussie authors.

Dreaming Down-Under by Jack Dann
Dreaming Down Under, Book Two by Jack Dann

Emily Kestrel | 18 comments I loved both of these books and I think they are by Australian authors.
Madigan Mine by Kirstyn McDermott

Dollhouse (Dark Carousel #1) by Anya Allyn

And while the only book I've read by Kim Wilkins was more of a fantasy, she has also written some horror books that I've got on my TBR shelf.

Finally, while I didn't particularly like The Dead Path by Stephen M. Irwin , it definitely qualifies as Australian horror.

Jess Penhallow | 31 comments It's more psychological thriller than horror but I liked The Night Guest by Fiona McFarlane
