From something we read a few books ago, I think Decker knows something unsavory about Tom, but at that time I also thought Decker might have murdered his son-in-law himself. Hoping for a resolution of this question, so that we don't get hung out to dry in every book.Sarah deserves to know the truth, Frank wants her to be free.
I’m thinking Ted might be moving closer to wanting to learn the truth rather than sever his daughter’s feelings about her dead husband.
I was a little surprised that Frank asked Decker for help. Told me a lot about how secure he’s becoming.
