Villain Name: Mystique. Which she is commonly known as rather than by her full name, few call address her by Celia if they are even addressing her at all.

Villian, has been her whole life and is not about to change for anything. She loves her villain life so much more exciting then the of a petty hero.

Occupation:
For lack of a better description Celia is the Villain Queen. Most don’t agree with that title often thinking hera power hungry freak and not joining her. But she had a large enough group and as long as the others stay out her way she will leave them alone. She can’t help that fact she was given the power she was given. She isn’t complaining, she likes being superior over all the villains.

Hair/eyes:
Celita is a semi normal in her looks. Her hair is midnight black shaped into a pixie that, at the longert point, is mid way down her ears. That way it doesn't get in her eyes and doesn't annoy her. Her fringe, which at full length only goes down to her eyebrows, if swept to the side staying well out her eyes. Her eyes are slightly more unnormal. Her dark black hair fraims bright violet eyes that seem to have a spark of what would be best described as insanity. No one really knows what goes on behind those eyes they tell no one nothing she just always seemed very dark and cunning.

Body/Clothing:
Celita is quite tall compared to what is considered normal height and it doesn't help that she is often in heels. She has dainty features completely going against everything else about her. She is extremely faired skin almost ghostly white that had no markings, not even a slight tan, which makes the black of her outfits stand out even more. Being her attire is black an occasional pop of crimson thrown in there for affect. Whether it be a scarf, a piece of jewelry, her nails or even a bright rose pinned to her dress. However most of the times it’s her crimson lipstick that she paints with a thick coating so it stands out against the black. As for the rest of her makeup she often gives her eyes the smoky eye effect sometimes shoving in a hint of violet to match the brightness of her eyes. Her outfits are all black however are all various different styles of dresses ranging from short to long flowing. Some being completely covering others being more skin showing. All of them contain some form of lace or small jews the shin under the light.

Celia's villain outfit is similar to her normal attire however the skirt of the dress is imprinted with the screaming ghostly faces that have been said to be those of her victims. Celia doesn't deny or confirm anything letting the rumors spread.

Quirk:
This is when we get a bit complex. You see Celia was quirkless much like that of the pro hero Deku. However hor fitting it is to have her be a villain and him be a hero. She has always hated that symbol of peace, always wanted to tear him down and destroy him just like her father. However she is more patient than him, she i biding her time before attacking not wanting to end up like him. However being her father was All For One he passed her quirk down onto her. Now being her body wasn’t made for quirks it caused some trouble. However she eventually managed to grasp hold of her quirk stealing quirk but being her body was never meant to hold a quirk she learnt the hard way that she can’t hold more the three quirks without the possibility of doing physical damage to herself. However this problem of only having three quirks doesn't stop her threatening to take the quirk of those who annoy her. Beside she can always discard a quirk or pass it new one onto the one she stole the quirk from leading to them having a new quirk they can’t deal with. They way she often gets something is by promising the quirkless quirks or giving the ones with quirks two quirks. Of course she does know the effects on the people's body's when she does this but she doesn't care. The quirkless were not built to have quirks and most bodys weren’t meant to have two quirks so. She give people what they have forever wanted for a favor of her own, only for them of find that what they have always wanted is life threatening. Fun times.

Now for her quirks

Her first quirk is called Flame which does exactly as it sounds. Celia can shoot burning flames from her hands able to shoot it up to about 4 meters however she is yet to make it blue flames only able to keep it red. She can also send a shockwave of flame in a circle reaching about 3-4 meters around her but this is what you could consider a special attack and drain enough of her enger for her to consider it no worth it. This quirk despite being able to burn people and things has its physical repercussions. She physically can’t uphold her flame for more than a few seconds without exhausting herself as well as dehydration herself. It doesn't burn her but it is still freaking hot. She can often reaching about 30 seconds at max pushing herself. Now just cause she shoots flame doesn't mean she is resistant to flames. Most flames, as long as they aren’t her own, can do the same amount as damage as normal. If she flames to many things then she will slowly start exgusting herself and even at extremes dehydrating herself.


Her next ability is called Vortex and by far is one of her most strongest yet most draining of her abilities. And once again the name kinda gives it away being Celia is able to create a swirling Vortex in either the air or in the water and literally sucks everything within a meter towards it anything close then half a meter has no chance. He victims to the vortex either drowns, if it’s in water and Celia keeps it going long enough, Or just gets thrown around in a whirlwind of air with debris until Celia stops it or loses focus. And just in case she wants to drain more energy she is able to throw a bit more power into the vortex that when she stops it she can make it, in a sense, explode throwing the shrapnel and debris all over the places as flying missiles. However that can also be considered a special move that saps the last of any strength she had left. Now like said this absolutely drains her. Making a vortex uses immense concentration. Like she literally can’t do anything else if she is making a vortex. Now being to actually affect things she has to be able to hold the power so Celia, if not doing anything else, can hold her vortex for about three minutes give or take without many repercussions other then a slight headache feeling tired which lasts for up to an hour but doesn't render her useless. At about four minutes she starts really pushing herself often ending with dizziness and unable to use any more of her quirks for at least a few hours. Once she gets to five or exeades minutes she will pass out and stay unconscious for at least a few hours.

Her final and less taxing quirk is what she calls suggestion.

Weaknesses:

Grudges: Ever since she had her heartbroken by a hero Celia holds the largest grudge against heroes especially male. She also has a little problem that when she sees a couple, whether it be between heroes or villains. It’s even worse when it’s between a hero and a villain. Being Celia will tamper with any relationship she can seeing if she can tear it down just like hers did.

Weakness(es): Has to be holding or touching something for his gravity ability to work. and if he tries to lift many extremely large and heavy objects, depending on the number of objects his own gravity will increase and start to crush him. Can only fire off three shots of 100 % before his body starts to take damage and can only fully use 5% of OFA. Since he has been training his body since he was young.

History: Kaito grew up in a loving family and with a reputation of being the son of the number 1 hero. When he was born it was clear he had his mothers quirk unlike most children their quirk doesn't develop fully till later but Kaito started floating around and when the doctors tried to catch him, if they let him grab them their gravity would either increase or decrease since he had no control over it as a baby. So as time past he started gaining better control of his Gravity quirk, but since then he has worked out his body and mind to handle his father's quirk. He ended up getting into U.A. cause of recommendation.

History: Storm grew up in a pretty wealthy family and always enjoy family and friends growing up. He was a very talented kid and he was very social. He got become famous for his ice sculptures as a kid when people asked him to make things but later he chose to fully pursue his dream to become a hero. Devil's Right Arm- His right arm, can transform into of what looks like a dark knights Armor but only a piece of it. The design of if it has a skull on his upper shoulder and it has a very angery expression with glowing blue eyes. The material of the arm looks like it was made from metal but its something else unkown but it can crack or break.
Arms ability is basically hell itself compressed into his arm. A full force punch can wipe out a highway/main in a city and can also destroy a building that his 4 stories. His other ability is that he can shoot out blue fire balls of his hands but they can only burn a person for 5 seconds. And his last ability is that he can create fire claws...what can they do? Scratch and burn at the same time.

Enhanced Physical Body: Much...much more faster than the average human being..well....the elite athletes in this world to be more specific. He's also stronger and very good reflexes and senses and has better stamina.

Weakness(es): Despite being more physically enhanced, and having a right arm capable of destruction, he's inexperienced doesn't know to use them well together. His devils arm ability drains alot of energy from him and is very overwhelming. His devils arm can has a limit, too. Once his energy drains the arm starts to crack and when he can't fight anymore, his devil arm breaks off and vanish in thin air. Which means he cant use his other abilities...which also means that he's useless without powers.

Personality: Emery is different than most kids when he was living in america. Most kids his age do wild stuff and gets in trouble. But he subconciously/naturally stay away from these coons. He's quiet, doesn't talk that much when he's around people. He only talks when he's presenting to a group of people or is with his family. Most poeple around him thinks he's heartless or shows no emotions when confronted negatively. He never react to almost anything that happens..even getting punched in the face by another person. But that just depends who punched him. If the person is a big threat and will probably kill him, he would most definitely will react. He's also very cool, calm and collected..its just who he is. He's not into bonding with people and will oftenly ignore them.

History: Emery was, obviously born in the U.S. He grew up in city corrupt city of chicago until he was 7 and moved down south and lived in Texas. Growing up in texas was odd but it was a relief from the gunshots in night. But school....well... it was trash. People would always make fun of him in school(he was 7 but the 9,10, 11 year olds would often make fun of him.)for having a big head and teeth...and that made him angery....and that also made his powers show. One kid in his class made him mad as hell. So his right arm turned pitch black

He started shooting fire balls eveywhere in the classroom but the teacher managed to calm him down before he called his parents. His parents where joyful but pretended to be mad at him. But when they got home theu decided best if he was homeschooled. So they did just that. But when he was nine years old his dad got killed in a car wreck caused by a villain...and that hit him hard. He lost his father, his role model but now he's gone. Then years later...(age 14) his mother became very ill, too sick to take care of him. But his Mother had connections, though. A man named Patrick Moore. He works for a company in Japan and is a very good friend of Emery's mother. So now he's the second father figure of Emery now living in japan. Emery was still worries about his mother. Many things were racing is head. His Mother always wanted him to be a role model. She told him that, just before he left, and his mother had 3 years to live...so he decided to be a hero for his mother. A role model for all. So now he's in the U.A. to live up to his mothers wishes before she leaves the planet.

Psychological Profile
Personality: Leah is usually really quiet and a bit shy. However, it won't be long until she opens up to people. She's super energetic and playful. She's a bit of an airhead, she's always in her own little world. This can be inconvenient, because she doesn't really pay attention to her surroundings when she zones out. She can't sit still for long and has to be doing something. She's very short-tempered and is very easy to embarrass. It's not all that hard to startle her, however be careful, because she's rather quick on her feet and she knows hand to hand combat. She makes absolute no sense when she wakes up from a nap, in fact she practically speaks nonsense. When she gets angry, it's not the least bit scary, in fact it's pretty much like watching a toddler get angry.
Personality: Leah somewhat has a split personality. Usually, it's just a voice in her head that she often argues with when she's bored. This split personality, also known as Amelia, is actually really calm and easy going. She's rather patient and can get really scary when she's angry. She's pretty much like the serious side of Leah that Leah had thrown away a long time ago. Amelia is known to make quick comebacks and, unlike Leah, Amelia isn't really an airhead. In fact, she pays more attention to her surroundings than most. Amelia is rather confident, but not so confident that she seems self-centered and annoying. Personality: Katsu smiles eerily when in the middle of a battle. He is incredibly focused on achieving his own authentic victories and has learned to never underestimate his opponents. Katsu is not only very talented at fighting, but also very intelligent and extremely perceptive, capable of strategic planning and holding some of the highest grades in his class, to the point that some even consider him a natural genius. He is a fun, caring and excited individual but like his father sometimes gets too sure of himself which could be his downfall.

History: At a young age he has always been held at high esteem from his fathers fame and glory. Even his father had pushed him to train and study hard as a child. Growing up he did have many friends but sometimes people would compare him to his father and he didnt like that. So he worked hard to achieve his dreams of getting in to UA on a recommendation to show people his progress and skills. And to become a hero of his own choosing so he could be known for himself and not his fathers shadow.

Personality:
Zora is shown to be highly disrespectful towards all sorts of people that he stumbles upon. He is not above lying about who he is, nor whatever punishment he might incur just as long as he can knock those he claims to be stuck-up down a peg. Aside from the disdain towards anyone, one of his prime characteristics is just the unpredictability he has. As with his disdain towards heroes and villains, he does not discriminate to who gets their taste of the Zora experience. He has great intuition to deduce many things like someone's personality by looking at them through their actions and their quirks. He is extremely smart and using that to his advantage. He can also be deceptive and stealthy enough to gather information, fighting enemies, and setting up traps to not waste energy.

History:
Xerx is raised by his father, Zora Ideale. When Zora is twelve years old, Zora presents him with a doll and encourages him to talk more. Some time later, Zora dies on a mission with fellow heroes. While his father was saving them and civilians he died, and his fellow heroes took all the credit saying his father was weak. Since then Xerx when into U.A. but dropped out a year before graduating to fully commit to killing off fake heroes and villains. He strongly holds close to his ideals of heroes that only want fame and fortune deserve only pain zuffering and humiliation. Villains only punishment is death. And how his nane came to be was he stole his mothers last name and just used his first name. But thanks to how he fights his opponents the police can never find him or find out who he is, since he has never been caught. So anytime he attacks and a civilian reports it, he is gone and they can not find evidence any of him so the police try to keep his case away from the public's eye. But he is just getting started.

History: Law has always been curious about the unknown, causing him to go dissect things or go places that go him into trouble. Growing up his father wasn't always the best, even though he tried to be, his mind took a toll and he left the family. So Law lost his father figure and ended up gaining a hatred for him but valued his mother and siblings enough to become the man of the house. Growing up Law had a good amount of friends for someone people thought was mean. But its sometimes just a defense mechanism, he studied at U.A. to be a hero but due to his father "illness," he decided to study to be a doctor too. But there was a time in his life where his powers scared people into staying away from him, pushing him closer to the side of evil, his family supported him but his world lit up when he found his girlfriend who loved him for being himself. Thus he continued towards his path of becoming a hero and ended up as the number 4 hero in the ranking charts. Now he is a spy for the heroes, an undercover villain by the name of Doc.

Personality: Aika was a caring person to those she loved, particularly her boyfriend Yoshino and brother Mahiro. History: When villains broke into her house and she went to investigate the noise.
