John Saul has written a gothic ghost story that in some ways misses the mark in creepy things that go bump in an old house.

I've read it. It was good but odd.

I have not read that one. I used to read a lot of his novels but haven't lately. Will have to pick that one up if I can find it at our library.

Was it the one that took place on an island? It was the worst, and I never really liked his stuff in the first place...

I've read everything he wrote, and "Manhattan Hunt Club" was pretty scary to me. I read it years ago and it's still with me!

I've not read that one but I do read him from time to time. I just read In the Dark of the Nightlast month but I didn't like it very much. I think I read a spoiler before I read it because I knew what was going on.

I read it. It has been a long time but as I recall I liked it a lot!!

Just want to let everyone know Harvest Home is $1.99 at B & N for the nook. I do not know about kindle. Also, a great site for readers is www.smashwords.com tons of free books, screen plays, etc. I know a lot of authors I found there, are on Goodreads too.
