Year-long NaNo discussion

Dystopian with a cyberpunk/music-oriented edge and an emphasis on the bonds that unite siblings. My plan, since it's a standalone, is currently to make this my debut novel in place of Beginning of the End.

WIP synopsis for anyone interested:

All is fair in sisterhood and EDM.

When nineteen-year-old Annika Reis awakens from a coma in an unfamiliar hospital, she learns everything she thought she knew is a lie. From her budding career as an electronic musician, to the song and the live tour she'd done with her twin sister, even to said sister...none of it was real.

Or, at least, that's what the doctors say.

After her liberation from the hospital by Rika - a teen-aged rebel cosplaying as a hauntingly-familiar figure - she learns the true nature of her situation. However, in the midst of a rebellion spanning decades, the truth may turn out to be too much for her to handle.

So,

after taking a break from writing the initial draft for a while, I sat down and wrote...2,000+ more words in a few hours.
